There is no evidence thst the officer intended to decieve , & it has been explained to you why you haven't seen video from the parking lot.

Did you actually watch that video? So what CT law are they quoting here? Why not let us know if they want to educate us? One minute into the video they say CPR needs to be performed unless the below exceptions exist; but those exceptions are never shown; fail.

At 2:00 the claim is made that general procedures were not followed. What evidence do you have to show this claim is true?

AFAICT, the sole "evidence" is a single still photograph taken of the mass casualty site from a distance. The video seems to be claiming because CPR was not being performed as according to its non-medical expertise, therefore "conspiracy." My opinion of this opinion = horse poop.

And if they do fit the conspiracy theorists' ideas, the delay in relasing the tapes indicates that the tapes were altered.
