Andrew Wakefield faked his data for profit. His medical license has been revoked as a consequence. It’s important that people know that the the link between vaccines/autism is based on an outright lie–most of the other authors on the paper have removed their names from it. Do you mean:

1) The thread is about vaccines in general and autism in general, not just the intersection between the two?

2) That anything which casts a negative light on vaccines is evidence in favor of the idea that vaccines cause autism?

2) The thread is about "vaccines are bad" in general, even though the thread topic is about vaccines and autism in particular?
