Einstein’s General Theory of Relativity appears to be seriously flawed. A reference Time Rate does not exist for the Universe! The Time Rate we experience is a local condition and is not a universal condition. The Time Rate is dependent on the strength of the local gravitational field.
Space Time < Time Rate 1 < Temporal Space
As the gravitational field gets weaker the Time Rate continues to increase beyond one. The Time Rate of Einstein’s General Theory of Relativity (GTR 1.0) stops at one.
Time is a one dimensional quantity of something.
The origin of time is independent of matter. Time originates from space.
In the absence of mass, the Time Rate of Space is infinite.
The gravitational force arises from a gradient of the Time Rate in Space.
The gravitational force is directed from a faster Time Rate space towards slower Time Rate space. Martians call it the Force of Ether.

The Speed of Gravity (Time Flow) is identical to the Speed of Light.
Mass pulls time from the surrounding space.
The Null Space of a Mass anchors one end of the temporal gradient of the gravitational field. Infinite Time Rate space anchors the other end of the temporal gradient.
A mass pulls in more time from space, where the ambient gravitational space is weaker. The ambient gravitational field (of a much larger mass) terminates the space that matter can draw time from.
The higher the velocity of a mass, the less time that a mass can pull from the surrounding space. The Time Rate for that mass will decrease with increasing velocity. Humans call it Time Dilation. Martians call it outrunning Time Flow, less time is available.
To an observer in Space Time with a different Time Rate there will NOT be any significant differences between wavelengths and Doppler shifts from their own Space Time. Time Rates gradually change (not an abrupt jump as near Quasars from one Time Rate to another).
The difference in the movement of light, or the rate of reactions can be observed between different Time Rates. To an outside observer there are measurable quantitative and geometrical differences between Time Rates.
Energy cannot cross a volume of space without time. Energy can be trapped or bounded by temporally null space.
The inertial mass and gravitational mass are equal, when the Time Rate is One.
The inertial mass is equal to the gravitational mass divided by the Time Rate. The orbital velocity in high Time Rate Space is the Space Time velocity multiplied by the current Time Rate.
A mass orbiting in higher Time Rate space must fall inward to get enough energy to orbit at a higher velocity to compensate for its lower inertial mass.
Past the Milgrom radius, the Doppler shift is flat. The Doppler shift has flattened out but the orbital velocity is still increasing with radius.
In a galaxy the weaker the ambient gravitational field, the faster your Time Rate. The Time Rate affects the rate of nuclear reactions in stars. In faster Time Rate space (Temporal Space), stars burn faster and are brighter.
The spiral is literal, the velocity increases toward the outer edge of spiral galaxies so that the spiral shape is maintained as it spins. The Doppler Shift is dependent on the local Speed of Light AND the Velocity. So both the Time Rate increases with radius as does the velocity. the Doppler shift remains the same for all orbits past the Milgrom point 1.2E-10 meters sec^2. Therefore the existence of the flat Doppler shift (past the Milgrom Radius), and the elements of the spiral which do not wind up, are explained by the existence of a Time Rate greater than 1.

Gravitational induction expels matter from the poles of a Black Hole. This mass is surrounded by temporal instability until it achieves temporal equilibrium with the surrounding space. Humans call this kind of matter a Quasar. Don't mess with it, it will kill you. And yes, Halton Arp was right, Quasars can be much closer than the edge of the universe! The Quasar is Red Shifted from all points of view!

Space Time: Space where the Time Rate is less than 1.
Temporal Space: Space where the Time Rate is greater than 1.
Time Rate: The pace of events like nuclear reactions and isotope half lives.
Time Flow: The physical interactions in space (Penrose's Simplified Spin Time Entities are an example) that produce Time Rate gradients.
Null Space: Null Space is a volume of space without time. To form matter, energy is captured by Null Space.
