Why rely of Sweden to charge GWB with whatever it is you think he should be charged with, when there are 196 independent states (195 if you don't count Taiwan like the US) that are all perfectly capable of doing so. In fact, you don't need to worry about that at all, as there was a "trial" in Kuala Lumpur in 2012 where Bush and afew of his buds were "convicted" of war crimes. Of course, there was no defence offered and the tribunal holds exactly 0 authority to do what it purported to do, but it made a statement.
