What does this mean? How can they overturn Raf leaving the country, especially if he already has left?
It was the blog Simple Justice in December of 2009 that first alerted me to the fact that there was no evidence for this, and Mignini just rammed words into Amanda's mouth in his closing remarks. Unbelievable.I can't believe that the SC went with erotic sex game gone bad. They could have just said something about procedure blah, blah, blah but this isn't playing well anywhere.

There appears to be a blogger that has been badgering the Swiss authorities about Raf's work permit and convinced them to reject it.
Meredith Kercher 'killed by more than one person in sex game gone wrong' - Telegraph
Meredith Kercher was killed by more than one person in what may have been a group sex game that spiralled out of control, Italy's highest court ruled on Tuesday.
There seems to be no pretence of the Supreme Court restricting itself to points of law.
Indeed. I expect Knox will be petitioning the authorities to allow her to serve out her time at Walla Walla.
As Humanity Blues once said: "It's over."
Only, this time, it is. Buh-bye Amanda.![]()

That is absolutely appalling.Rolfe.
Yes, "a great day for racial justice".
That was you, in case you've forgotten.
What did you mean by it?
At least he spared us the shagging emoticon. He has been a key proponent for the theory that AK is a Nazi racist. He either is himself a minority or the defender of minorities against racism.
It would be great if he would explain what the chief meant by knowing what was correct before AK buckled but alas he hasn't for 5 years and probably won't now.
In their weird theory factory the PGP believe that AK wanted to blame a black man after setting up a black man but not that black man. Hicham in their minds was a first attempt to blame the black.
The picture of AK with the WWI machine gun and the attribution of a barista is all they need, much like the "rape" prank.
OT - Just yesterday the running washing machine came back in play and none of them remembered Stewart2000 their very own court reporter telling them that the machine wasn't full of warm wash only wet wash. Even at the time that reporting drew the ire of TM and others as they so much wanted that and the bleach receipts to be true.
The simplest explanation is that Stilicho is what he hates, a "racist" (if there is such a thing - to me it's just a meaningless label from the PC lexicon). He has been a key proponent for the theory that AK is a Nazi racist. The best I can do is that the SC seems to be ruling that this is only one aspect of a larger, loosely assembled circumstantial case that Hellmann wrongly dismissed.
The SC seems to be saying that if there are all sorts of, even unconnected elements of fact there is actually no need for a unifying narrative pointing to guilt. The SC seems to be saying that it is correct to do what Massei did - simply invent things (like Knox innocently carrying the kitchen knife for protection - something the prosecution didn't even claim) to bolster a wide ranging "feeling" that they might be guilty.
- Matt Jones will be toast 'over there' if he declares for innocence
Does the Florence Court take new testimony? I have a practical reason for asking.
