Merged Continuation Part 2: Discussion of the George Zimmerman case

Why don't the most reliable witness's statements corraborate with Zimmerman's wounds? Would you consider it possible the witness was mistaken?

Explain what is inconsistent and why that negates their testimony since they are two individuals taking in this event from two different perspectives.

Zimmerman's account of the fight or assault or attempted murder do not match up with the wounds Zimmerman has recieved. Zimmerman claims he had his head slammed into the ground or sidewalk many times, he claimed that Trayvon hit him repeatedly in the face with punches that felt like bricks, yet his wounds tell a different story completelty. Zimmerman could have been treated entirely by Motrin. I've seen worse injuries treated that way.

Given the extent of his missing injuries, I'm extremely skeptical about Zimmerman's reasoning of why he decided to escalate to lethal force against Martin.

Yes, we have had that discussion. And do you see the key part there:"barely making it". No matter barely, it made it.

There is a binary here. Either his injuries are consistent, or they are not.

Serino said they were.

And you are which ?

Serino is an experienced detective that can use that experience and investigatev skill to draw a useful conclusion of whether stories match facts. That's pretty much his job description

Actually it's a trinary: Yes, no, could go either way

And marginally consistant won't bite Serino in the butt if further investigation makes it nexessary to charge George or cut him completely loose

In 1851 Explorers Burke and Wills were crossing country that was marginally survivable. Didn't go well.

Please tell me how you differentiate between a "fight" and a prolonged assault.

Is it a fight when one of the "participants" is screaming at the top of their lungs for help, for 40+ seconds?

Who do you think was the one screaming?

You don't have to be a GZ "supporter" to understand this concept:
"Ever seen blood run UPHILL before?"

What happens when you have a posterior nose bleed and you are screaming at the top of you lungs? Where does the blood go then?

Not really. Try again:

Screaming for "40+ seconds"? Huh. I thought George was being suffocated?

It's generally accepted that it was George screaming.

You know, when he wasn't being suffocated.

You're missing that he sufficiently explained what happened.

No. You said George was screaming for "40+ seconds". How can that be?

Singleton pointed out that the screaming is continuous and that if Zimmerman were being smothered it should stop. “[W]e don’t hear it stop.”

Here.

So George screamed continuously and was smothered at the same time. Got it.

So you are asserting blood was flowing down Zimemrman's through now?

I did my best... if you can't grasp the point I was trying to make with all my highlighting, underlining, linking, etc., then you're beyond the point where I can help you.

So George is continuously screaming, being smothered, and taking blood down the back of his throat, all at the same time?

It's amazing to watch the contradictions you have to hold in your head in order to excuse away the evidence.

Trayvon walked slowly, therefore he was suspicious.
Trayvon moved like a gazelle because he was a top tier athlete.
And he ran, which is why George followed him.
He wasn't running at all, which shows he wasn't scared.

George didn't follow him.
Trayvon saw George follow him and saw him from 350' away.
It was so dark that George was scared to walk back to his truck.
It was light enough for Trayvon to double back to get him.

George was screaming, but not bleeding, except maybe he was bleeding down his throat, but still screaming, even though he was being smothered, which explains the lack of blood evidence.

It makes the head spin.

It's kind of a simple yes or no question.

Your answer was totally non-responsive.

Are asserting blood was flowing down Zimmerman's throat now?

I guess I was giving you too much credit. I didn't think I'd have to elaborate with an explanation and specify that I didn't mean there was one, constant, 40-second long scream. Screams are heard, repetitively, with expected breaks for breathing in between, for ~40 seconds on Witness 11's 911 call, with at least one noticeable interruption near the end.

So George screamed continuously and was smothered at the same time. Got it.

Singleton is wrong.

http://trayvon.axiomamnesia.com/trayvon-martin-911-calls-audio/

Call #2 (Witness #11)

0:29-0:34 - there is a 6-7 second interruption of the screams there

There are other interruptions as well, but that is a significantly longer break than any other time in the call, and it's just a few moments before the shot, which is when GZ said TM had both his hands on his face.

Your question was an attempt at feigned ignorance for the point of my post.

Be honest with me first, and then I will answer your question.

ETA: Just in case this might help:

Because Zimmerman claimed he smothered his bloody face with both hands. And magically there's none of that blood anywhere.

Don't forget, George has a terrible memory, yet knew all the residents.

No, I truly didn't get it. There was a lot of goop there, for something that could have just been explained with a few sentences. It wasn't clear.

Besides. I'm working at my desk, multitasking.

I want to know just simply and plainly if this is what you are asserting.

I haven't given up on you yet:

You're assuming GZ's face, where the only source of significant blood was from his nose, was just as bloody laying on his back as it was when the photo was taken of him, upright, in the back of the squad car, many minutes after the injury was sustained.

There's no proof of when the blood from GZ's nose started flowing out of it, onto his mustache area, etc.

Once you admit you understand the point I'm making, I will give your question an honest answer.
