Your religion certainly does not help you to learn anything.Whatever. Religion may not be important but its tellings/teachings/true meanings can be important here.
It rather appears to hinder you in learning anything.

Why we take equanimity or taking things on both sides as idiotic? Are we not one way in this sense? When odd stress can cause odds why not odd relaxing can cause odds?
I am not claiming but just trying to see both sides of a coin as I could not find elsewhere. Moreover we we just want to follow blindly makeing base of yet half cooked things? Are people here not skeptical?
Just correct me. I shall use right word. Just other side of stress?
But can obesity(if caused by chronic Sed. lifestyle) weaken immune system?

'Questions' of which you reject the answers and responses based on your jain religion?
Means, chronic rest if causes obesity ann also be a responsible factor for weakened immune system?
Yes it is commonly known thing. I am just trying to better understand good & bad rest and impact from chronic rest.
Kumar's dishonesty is not supported by the Jain religion.
What is the harm on looking both sides of a coin?
Stress & rest.
Pining for the fjords.
Because you are making up use of the words relaxation and are not honest enough to admit. As usual you are bending language to conform to your prearranged notions, the goal of language is communication, you use it to create fallacies of construction.
Being locked in a small cell is not relaxation. Normal arousal for brief periods is not stress, so two fallacies in one odd sentence.
You know Kumar, I have tried in the past, the problem is you are playing some coy Socratic game and have a hidden agenda. You are abusing the word stress and the word relaxation. I have tried politeness with you, you ignored it them too.
Stress is not a short moment of arousal, it is the consequence of long term extended periods of arousal. Myself and four others discussed it that way, then you go and purposefully insist that your idiomatic usage has meaning. I think the fact that some of us defined stress for you and then you go and abuse it is telling, you are dishonest when you say someone else should correct you.
I believe you have an agenda and do this on purpose, you abuse the word stress, you abuse the word relaxation and the word immune. You do so on purpose and are dishonest when you say we should correct you.
You have a history of abusing words after being 'corrected'.
Will you admit that?
You are lying again, chronic rest is not a sedentary lifestyle. This you abusing words, correction: there is not chronic rest and relaxation. Say lack of activity or sedentary lifestyle. You have the choice to show integrity and stop abusing words.
Your religion certainly does not help you to learn anything.
It rather appears to hinder you in learning anything.
What is antonym of stress?
Yes but when teaching is equanimious & A&F?
Contradicting habit, one sided approach etc. can make one to think & express in odd language. First try to be equanimious. Do you mean that there is no such condition as "acute stress"?
