But fear not - I wouldn't dream of conducting this project without everything being open to public scrutiny (as stated in the video), so you'll be able to peruse the math to your heart's content.

Now that I know who Clayton is I'll take the liberty of answering for him - the video is calling for a test based on my understanding of Newtonian physics, and not just my own understanding it would seem.

I could not conduct such a project without a detailed engineering diagram - I will not receive funding without one, and I certainly won't get rocket sled test center time without one. Because I am working alone I am limited to my own free time and money to move the project to the fundraising phase. I hope to have the engineering plans up on the website by June.

Well heck, rocket man, if they were cruise missiles all you have to do is FOIA the USAF asking for their inventories of those missiles for 2001. Look for the missing serial numbers and BOOM smoking gun.

See, the Air Force loves to inventory stuff. If two of their crowd-pleasers went missing it would show up in the inventory. There is no secret maker of secret missiles that are secretly stocked. You can track each missile from the factory to its various points of destination right down to the aircraft that deployed it. People sign for these missiles - real people you can track down and talk to (if you're nice).

Here's the problem with your nifty theory. None of those people in the supply chain have come forward to say any missiles went missing on 9/11. Someone would have noticed. In the case of two cruise missiles, dozens of people would have noticed.
