As far as I can see none of the objectives of the plan were reached and most of the work activities weren’t even attempted.

Any contributing freeman with a lick of sense ought to asking to see the WFS books!

Despite income from WFS memberships, DVD and book sales, speaker fees, private consultation fees, document sales (re: Lance Thatcher) and donations almost nothing got done!

This is an interesting and significant situation since in fmotl theory there must be an appropriate common law response to suspected fraud.

Why don’t freemen grow some truck nuts and do something about this mess?

What I don't get about his "cunning plan" is, if he's got such a hate on for bankers, insurance companies, cops and what not, why is his response to that, creating his own bank, insurance company, and C3PO?

Does he imagine that these freemen will all somehow be immune to the allure of greed, and so not just become what it is they hate?

It wont matter as long as they are all answerable to King Robert, which was essentially his plan.

For the Fezzed One it is not about making sense. It is about fulfilling his narcissistic fantasy of personal superiority.

The hypocrisy that he would replace the powers that be with himself as the unaccountable clan leader doesn’t matter as long as he gets a chance to play out his role as the white board king of the world.

Now, Bobby, if you are reading, and we know you are, all you have to leave egg on my face is meet my challenge to give an honest accounting to the freeman subculture of your efforts. . .and their money.

Another point is this , I am in no way seeking relief, judgement or approval from these menaces in the black robes. So when i say "it worked" or it was a success" all I mean is that i refused to allow them any consent.The win is the fight , or your response , not the outcome. Btw stalling them for any length of time is a win.

I believe tomorrow is day 65. But I could be wrong. The days have passed so very uneventfully. But you are right, counting the days correctly is the biggest problem Fez Boy presents to me.

I am stuck by the utter futility of Mr. Menard’s pathetic, impotent attempts at physical, verbal and legal intimidation.

Mr. Menard’s hate filled letters to tax collectors and police headquarters laced with veined physical threats amounted to nothing.

His attempts to use his phony fee schedule to intimidate airlines that wouldn’t let him fly without government ID ended up being to nothing more that a few laughable threads on some internet forums.

Bobby never really threw any policemen to the ground like he threatened in a YouTube. All he did was stumble up to three of them shouting drunken freeman gibberish after he got pie eyed at a concert.

Now the narcissistic ninny thinks he can throw a scare into me with some phony freeman paper.

There are times I think I could do my business in Bobby’s fez and nothing would come of it.

Interesting!

Reading down the thread we see that the whole idea from January of 2011 turns into a lot of talk and a chance for Mr. Menard to lecture. At one point he dismisses a potential group member who just asks a simple question.

Three months later, to bait the hook again, he tells readers he just worked out a deal for a five acre plot on the land is working on a business plan (sound familiar?) including an organic farm, recording studio, restaurant, play area, and cabins to rent.

Remember now, this is all happening at the same time freeman valley is tanking badly.

At post 62 one person asks Menard how the freeman valley is going. He blows her off. When a second poster calls him to task for simply re-canning the freeman valley business plan Menard stops posting and the thread ends.

One suspects the PR effort over this little freeman community stopped because no money rolled in and Menard realized that promoting it raised questions about where any money contributed to freeman valley went.

I've just been reading the Icke thread - Menard just can't stop scamming people can he?
I was impressed enough by that song that he stole for the soundtrack to his video to track it down. It's well-made, tuneful, puts its point across and you can buy it for a very reasonable £1 (search for Austerity Allstars on Youtube).
So why hasn't Rob tried to anything like that - record a song and sell it - to raise money and gather support? Is it possibly because he'd actually have to get up off his backside and do something, get something organised? Even stop smoking stuff for a few hours?
It's the same with his Freeman eco-village idea. You'd think that if he was so pally with some landowners that he'd be able to talk one of them into letting him move into a far corner of the property where he could build his own house and live off-grid, doing some work for the owner in lieu of rent. He could then blog about it, post videos, earn some money by giving hands-on practical teaching about living off the land and generating your own power....

Oh. Hang on - we're talking about Rob Menard here. Forget it.:rolleyes:

People with narcissistic personality problems like Menard’s don’t see con jobs like this as wrong. Rather, they see them as reaffirmations of their supposed superiority since in pulling off the con they prove to themselves that they are the brilliant one. . . and that the mark is the stupid one.

So stupid he/she doesn’t deserve fair treatment.

I would like to offer you a chance to engage in discussion and negotiation in order to avoid having to use the courts limited time and valuable resources. I feel the Law Society owes me a considerable sum when we factor in punitive, exemplary and actual damages. I might however be willing to abandon the majority of that claim for a sum of $25,000 and settle it in small claims court, before a judicial justice of the peace.

It is my position that seventy two hours is more then sufficient for you to decide if you will in good faith engage in discussion and negotiation or if you wish to once again abandon the rule of law. If I do not hear from you, I will assume you prefer to engage in contest and would rather be sued, then act like adults and make amends for the harm you have caused.
