I am acting erratically at a gas station and somebody calls the police. I tried to leave the area, but am pulled over nearby.
During the pull-over incident, they smelled pot. I try to make excuses such as 'license is in the mail' without any luck, so I go the freeman approach. I make a series of common-law arguments as well as some nonsensical excuses about losing my medical card (which wouldn't actually prevent me access to a doctor). They confiscated the pot as well as the pills as they were not in a prescription bottle with my name on it (likely not actually prescribed), but chose not to arrest me.
I'm also addicted to pain killers (possibly due to an injury, but not clear on this), so I call an ambulance in order to re-supply. I get them to direct me to a different hospital as the one they would take me to knows I just want pills. They said it would cost $400, but I don't actually pay bills so it doesn't matter. (ETA) I also don't worry about the fact that I just argued that I am not subject to "acts" yet am now claiming services under the health act.
I try to explain everything, but they put me under 72 hour supervision as I am continuing to be erratic. The police attended as I mentioned they were involved.
I tried the fee schedule route and either the doctor humored me and let me go based on my condition or fell for the con. They helped me get a ride back home (?) .
I think my story demonstrates how I won using freeman methods, although it is more likely I would have been back home hours (or days, time is a bit fuzzy in the story) earlier if I acted like a normal human being.
I am particularly proud of my tossing paper temper tantrum. I also cite Orwell to try to make it seem more important that I am fighting for my rights.
