Intelligence is not really a 2d thing just because people are charting it according to a quotient lately. There are lots of kinds of intelligence. I disagree. She is good at what she is paid to do, which is to give the ultra-right morning woodies and to infuriate the moderates and liberals. She has a certain knack of pushing the right buttons. Whether or not she actually believes the stuff she says is debatable, but she accomplishes her goal, which is to get attention and sell books.

She is like a slimy, bottom-feeding scavenger, but dumb, she is not. Scavenging is a very successful survival strategy, but not one that many would choose. It takes a certain ability to accept the fact that there is always going to be poop and carrion in your mouth.
