Ed Rob Menard's FOTL Claims

I wonder if he would be willing to meet me in our courts, and defend his position that some fiction gave him power over his fellow man...
I like how he presumes a real judge would have any desire (or need) to attend his imaginary court.

That only works one way, remember? The FOTLers can refuse to consent to the rules that apply to everyone else, but everyone else has to go along with their rules.
That's them in a nutshell. It's a truly selfish (and crazy) philosophy.

Any news on Mr Menard's restaurant bill yet?
This could be BIG, there may actually be such a thing as a free lunch.

Yeah if it works - I'll be in residence at my nearby Chinese seafood restaurant, it'll be Maine lobster in black bean sauce and Alaskan king crab with black pepper until I die!

He'll just say, "Yes, it worked," and refuse to offer any names or evidence.

Bobby has it covered either way.

He just has to decide what story he’s going to tell and when based on how well it will play in his shrinking circle of dupes and with budding freeman wannabe’s whose pockets he has yet to mine.

If he pretends the restaurant got the bank to honor his phony line of credit he will claim he’s set a historical precedent. But the problem with this story is that folks are going to ask for the details like what restaurant he went to, what bank honored the note so they can do the same.

Some freeman wannabe’s will catch on, but a few newbies who have yet to be delusional, and or fleeced by Menard will buy the story. There’s a sucker born every minute.

Menard might pretend that the bank didn’t honor his note knowing he can then rant about how, in his opinion, the bank didn’t follow the law and how this, he believes makes him a freeman for certain.

This option allows Menard to make more unfathomable YouTubes about Canadian credit and banking laws, which of course, are supposed to make him look like a scholar. I suspect he’ll figure out that this option is a better tale.

Either way Menard is going to endlessly shuck and jive about the details and any documentation. And since ole bald Bobby changes his stories as often as he changes his fez his real challenge is going to be recalling to whom and when he told which tall story.

OPCA-Bobby can't keep up with his own lies. It's truly pathetic.

"Well the bill was signed, a note created, and it was included in the daily deposit today! Am meeting with the owners and their accountant on Friday to review their agreement with their bank and see if there is anything that might trip us up.... wish us well!"

..because, as we all know, High Street banks blindly accept all forms of pretend deposits and say nothing until you see an accountant a few days later.

This is a perfect example of "doing a Menard". One of his dumbest tales ever.

Hang on. I've assumed reading this thread that C3PO (as a name) was a mickey-take from here, Is that actually what he's called his latest 'organisation'?

Does Lucasarts know?

It was meant to be called 3CPO (Canadian Common Corps) but when they set up the website they called it C3PO by mistake, and subsequent Youtube vids frequently refer to it as C3PO.

Menard actually relished the thought of a lawsuit from George Lucas and thought Lucas would pay him millions to stop using the name.

All Hail Associate Chief Justice Thorne

For the most comprehensive forensic demolition of FMOTL / sovereign legal garbage I've ever had the pleasure of reading:

http://www.canlii.org/en/ab/abqb/doc/2012/2012abqb571/2012abqb571.html

Note paragraph 376. He mentions our old friend Frank O'Collins :D Needless to say this provoked a typically hysterical response from the Ucadians:

http://ucadia.blogspot.com.au/2012/10/opca-explained-why-most-recent-opinion.html

My guess is that this is a concerted effort by the Canadian judiciary to draw a line in the sand with respect to this nonsense. In the future Canadian Courts will be able to use Meads vs Meads to torpedo any FMOTL / Sovereign Citizen arguments immediately.
