Romney, Obama, Rasmussen

The same stupid and gullible electorate that you can't seem to convince of your guy's superiority?

What's that quote...something along the lines that you can't use reason to convince someone against a position that they did not arrive at by the use of reason.

So, yeah, I don't think I'll be able to convince most of the Obama supporters.

Insulting one-liners don't count as "reason."

What's the quote... "There are none so blind as those who will not see," so yeah, I don't expect to convince many Romney supporters.

Wasn't that a satifying exchange of views?

Convince the Republicans of what? They're already voting for the right guy...

???

They are voting for the guy on the right, not necessarily for the right guy. All that matters is the (R) next to his name.

Perhaps he'll even start outlining what he plans to do should h become elected? That would be a good start.

Convince them that a lot of stuff that many of them believe is obviously and provably untrue.

But it's okay to have your positions based on lies so long as your "voting for the right guy", eh?

If someone is voting for my candidate, I don't really care if they're doing it for reasons that are different than mine, or if they believe things I don't believe.

The truth of just about anything?

  • That Obama wasn't born in Kenya.
  • That Iraq never had WMD.

Wow, this is getting downright bizarre. You post the text "15% of Republicans believe Romney killed Bin Laden" that links to a blog post titled Do 15% of Ohio Republicans think Romney killed bin Laden? Probably not.

Then you ask me to start trying to convince "Republicans" that Obama wasn't born in Kenya.

What exactly are you trying to accomplish?

My bad. And the others?

Again. What's your point? Some Romney supporters think that Obama was born in Kenya. Some Romney supporters think that Iraq had/has WMD. SOme Romney supporters believe that the Earth is less than 6,000 years old. Some Romney supporters are criminals, etc...

Agreed.

Well, alot of us conservatives agree that Obama will likely win the election.

As far as 'excuses', I would say the reason for the loss is the stupidity and gullibility of the electorate.

I have a message for you from the majority of Americans; you are invited to find another country where the electorate is more to your taste. May I suggest Russia?
