No, they gave Obama certified PAPER copies. OBama's staff then scanned in the paper copy and placed that on the web.

Nothing new here. The paper copies are not the original and the only way to tell if they are valid is for the hospital and/or Obama to allow the original to be viewed.

No, that's not the only way. The only way is, in fact, the way that Obama used: have the state themselves verify them as valid.

Oh, and the hospital can't do anything either.

No, I've demonstrated that your challenge to the authenticity of the certified copies has no technical, factual, or legal basis. And you haven't been able to do anything about that except stomp and whine.

Cite the relevant Hawaii law that allows the subject of a vital record to compel or allow the inspection of the original paper copy of it. And what on earth does the hospital have to do with it? Do you even think your statements through before you say them?

What a stupid question. The Full Faith and Credit clause means that when a state has certified a vital record as authentic, there is no further legal standing in any other State to challenge its authenticity.

You simply don't understand this. At all. And would it be possible for you to make one single post without name-calling?

If the Federal government and the state of Hawaii certify it, why on Earth would anybody be required to prove the document is authentic?

Because Robert doesn't know what "certify" means in a legal sense, and because his side is now so desperate in their claims that they have to accuse entire States of collusion in the Birther conspiracy. It's an ever-escalating ploy to remain relevant despite complete factual bankruptcy.
