Well once on ATS someone suggested that Obama be tested to see if he had human DNA - but was shouted down because obviously the testers would say human - because they had to - so you'd have to watch them, but then you'd have to watch the watchers, etc......

So yes I believe we should demand that all candidates must prove they are human and the test results must be down in four different locations in 4 different countries, with 99 neutral observers at each site and all of it on live internet tv

No, no, just throw them all into deep water and the ones that don't drown are witches, who could then be burned at the stake. And if nobody runs for office, that would be a plus.

Neither is the public release of a birth certificate. If you think otherwise please link to the public display of the birth certificates of the last 5 presidents.

Nah... the IRS would contact the police, the same way that whomever checks the eligibility of candidates would have blown the whistle on Obama in a heartbeat.

Unless, of course, it's another example of the Washington black middle aged politicians covering up for each other and oppressing the poor white man.

That's a good point that often gets lost. There is absolutely no requirement for a candidate to U.S. President to release to the public his birth certificate. The CEO of my principal client perennially runs for U.S. Senate on a major-party ticket. He did so a few months ago but lost the primary. The filing of one's candidacy is accompanied by a ream of paperwork establishing one's eligibility (citizenship, residency) and other important concerns. The stated and federal election officials who receive these documents are the ones who have standing to challenge it, not some scanner salesman.

Yeah, that's the "Natural Born Citizen = Born in the US by two Natural Born Citizen parents" theory. Which was thrown out following United States v. Wong Kim Ark.

But it's an obvious forgery. Look, it even says "VOID" across it! And how come the bottom's cut off? What's Mitt hiding? Maybe he's shipping all those jobs to China because he was born in Peking! Make him prove he wasn't!

Technically, yes, but I do think there is a battalion or two that says that Mormonism is so far away from Christianity that MR cannot be trusted with the White House.

Which brings me to my next point. I have met white people who are completely fine with black people but hate Muslims with a passion. There are large numbers of right-wing Americans who believe that our president is not a Christian. I think they place him somewhere between Muslim, atheist, Satanist, and Anti-Christ. Some think he is all four - I cannot fathom the mind that would construct that type of Venn diagram.

You will regularly encounter all four claims in a single CT argument. Cognitive dissonance at its finest.

Interestingly enough, I've encountered more than a few CT loons who insist "Obama isn't black" or some such. As near as I can figure, it makes them feel better to focus on his "white" half - while demonizing him for all his "Kenyan" heritage?

I think that is a pretty safe bet. In many ways RP reminds me of BAChooser in that regards.
