It isn't just location to my understanding. The terminology used is "natural born", so I can only assume all candidates have to prove they are not clones, ceasarian births, or otherwise "Macduff".

He is not a member of the house of lords and has been asked to stop using the title and using the House of Lords Insignia. Hes an idiot

Mr Prey do you accept my invitation to lobby for the Birth certificates of the still living ex presidents to be checked to see if they are genuine and to see if they were born in the US?

What microfilm? Officials copied the actual original document from a bound ledger in the vital records office. Why would an image from microfilm be better?

Obama's original certificate of live birth is bound with one ledger containing 499 other certificates of people born in Hawaii in 1961, according to Fukino. There are 500 sheets per book, and 35 volumes of 1961 birth records. The last series of digits in the registration number found on Hawaiian long form and current computerized-format birth certificates indicate which number volume the original document can be found inside the health department first-floor vault.

And yet the birthers lap him up eagerly: fawning over someone with a title of nobility - how un-American. But then, seeing that birthers would trample the Constitution (the "full faith and credit" clause) and state's rights (the right of the State of Hawaii to certify its own vital records), the anti-Americanism fits right in with the rest of the birther viewpoint. The current active birther's contempt for democracy - refusing to acknowledge the majority of voting Americans in the last election - is just another charming example.

Then again, given the ignorant, dishonest, juvenile, and self-contradictory nature of the current run of birther silliness on this thread, I too am leaning towards calling in the billy-goat.
 
Multiple officials who are in charge of producing the official record have produced the official record and attested that "This is the official record." On what basis could anyone else say it's not? I think it's up to the birthers to start producing proof of their wild claims. That would not be speculation about what might conceivably have happened in some alternative universe, but actual photographs and documents from Kenya, Indonesia, the State Department, Neptune or anywhere else that anyone thinks might be relevant, starting with actual evidence that a pregnant white teenage girl traveled from Hawaii to rural Kenya in 1961 to have her baby, then brought him back to Hawaii. You think there might be some records and recollections of what would have been an extremely unusual, if not unique, event -- if it really happened?

Why on Earth would you think that you are entitled to see his college transcripts? What possible relevance does it have to his ability to run the US?
 
The absurdity of it amuses me, woman in first world country with first world medical facilities at her disposal decides for no apparent reason to go and give birth in a third world country with next to no medical facilties let alone anything approaching the first world facilities available to her if she stayed put.
