Probably not, because even if it were to happen exactly as you describe I really have no way of knowing if it was really the Biblical Holy Spirit, a completely different supernatural being, a consortium of conspiratorial humans deliberately committing nuclear geocide to make the prophesy come true, a troop of extraterrestrial tricksters, or a Random Equipment Malfunction in the computer system of a nation with nuclear weapons.
