Car 54, Where Are You? "Ooh! Ooh!"

PeaceCrusader,
You do realize that this is same sort of delusional belief that gypsy fortune tellers and pseudo-psychics rely on? "Oh, she was wrong about the murderer and about Obama dying in his first year in office, but she did say "a lottery next month will involve the number 17 and look here, the Mark VI lottery was held on the 17th..." We refer to this as "scoring the hits and throwing out the misses".

So if your Holy Spirit is wrong about the biggest and surest prophesy it has given you, you'll just throw that out as an inconvenient "miss"?

What are gypsies, fortune tellers and pseudo-psychics? They are humans, aren’t they? What is the Holy Spirit? A spirit. Who is more reliable between the two? Of course, the Holy Spirit. Especially being the true Holy Spirit.

The Holy Spirit mentioned this war being ignited from the Philippines back in 1986 when there was not even a hint of conflict in Spratly Islands. That was more than 25 years ago. Now, it is ripe for the prophecy to come true.

So you know that there's been some scientific investigation of this, right?

I do not know of any scientific investigation made on the existence of the only true God. But logically, I know that I exist because He gave life to me. He gave me a living soul (Genesis 2:7). So I owe my existence to Him.

Is the Holy Spirit a false prophet? There is something that the Holy Spirit said about prophecies in http://aristean.org/transcript146.htm titled “Purposes of prophecy”
Deuteronomy 18, 20-22

As you may be aware, there is something that God allegedly said about prophecies in the Bible too:

" 20 But a prophet who presumes to speak in my name anything I have not commanded, or a prophet who speaks in the name of other gods, is to be put to death.

21 You may say to yourselves, “How can we know when a message has not been spoken by the Lord?” 22 If what a prophet proclaims in the name of the Lord does not take place or come true, that is a message the Lord has not spoken. That prophet has spoken presumptuously, so do not be alarmed."

While I'm not one who takes the Bible seriously, and do not advocate capital punishment, it really seems to state quite plainly that a prophet who claims to be channeling the holy spirit but whose prophecies do not come true is a false prophet who must be put to death.

Do you take this bible passage seriously, or not?

200 g sugar
300 g ground walnut
1 dl ginger sirup
4 eggs, beaten
2 tsp cinnamon
some pecans for decoration
Mix and bake for 45 mins

I think IMST referred to the source of YOUR existence, not the existence of your Only True GodTM. There are tons of results from extensive research in almost any field of science that quite adequately explain how we all came into existence. There are, however, no results from any reliable research in almost all fields of science (except for obvious reasons theology and creationism) that would even suggest that there is any god whatsoever, let alone your Only True GodTM.

If you are not familiar with those researches, try any college text book on natural sciences.

He said that the trouble in the Philippines will ignite the trouble for the whole world (1986-06-13). There was even background music. And the music is very appropriate, “Since I don’t have you”.
lol your holy spirit almighty and omniscient is making prophecies listening to pop music ? was it the original version or the GNR one ? isn't that blasphemy ?

What are gypsies, fortune tellers and pseudo-psychics? They are humans, aren’t they?
Specifically, humans pretending to be in contact with non-existent supernatural forces. (Well not all gypsies make that claim, but I assume it's the ones that do that you're referring to).

What is the Holy Spirit?
A non-existent supernatural force with which a human you've met is pretending to be in contact.

Who is more reliable between the two?
All human beings who pretend to be in contact with non-existent supernatural forces are equally unreliable. As you will discover when the London Olympics start on schedule.

What are gypsies? They are an often reviled ethnic group. Fortune tellers and "pseudo-psychics" (I think that term is redundant) are people claiming powers they almost certainly do not posses. They are humans. They exist. What is the Holy Spirit? It is a ghost. Ghosts almost certainly do not exist. placing the word "Holy" before it does nothing to augment it's credibility. The ridiculous prophecies you claim are about to unfold are not going to happen. I know this not because I have some magical foresight of future events, but rather because I am rational enough to recognize that these claims are starkly absurd. If you persist in believing in your special ghost after the prophecies fall flat you will be willfully delusional.

he already is as the vessel for the "spirit" is blind and that is an easily falsifiable claim (ie if the spirit speaking through her is real or not)

When the date expires and nothing happens, remember to turn away from the false god. Remember- Satan's greatest trick was not to fool people in believing he was not real. It was to make people believe he is god and worship him.

I thought this thread was about the Olympics. Silly me.

Yes, this thread is about the 2012 Olympic Games scheduled in London from 07-27 to 08-12. A spirit, a holy spirit, THE Holy Spirit if you will believe it, revealed to us (plural) two months ago, in 2012-05, that this Olympic Games will not be held. The credibility of this spirit and my credibility are under the microscope.

Do you think that it was Satan who tells this (the 2012 Olympic Games) to us “to make people believe he is god and worship him”? So you think that Satan is an evil spirit. There must be a good spirit then. What do you call the good spirit?

Let me tell you that according to the Holy Spirit, Satan is a female archangel who was expelled from Heaven by her twin brother, Michael. There are only eight archangels and Satan or Lucifer (her name in Heaven was Luzbelle and Bekah) was the only female. And she was very beautiful.

No, your father and mother did that.

If I owe my existence to my father and mother, why is it that there are people who would like to have children and cannot have any? Why is it that the Blessed Virgin Mary became pregnant with Jesus even though she did not know a man (Luke 1:34)? Why are there species of animals (and plants) that do not need the spermatozoa to reproduce? We call this parthenogenesis.

There must be someone who gave me my life to whom I am indebted. And I believe that He is God.

why is it that there are people who would like to have children and cannot have any?

Read up on infertility.

Why is it that the Blessed Virgin Mary became pregnant with Jesus even though she did not know a man

That didn't happen, it's an old fairy story

Why are there species of animals (and plants) that do not need the spermatozoa to reproduce?

Read up on biology.

We call this parthenogenesis.

Well, what do you know? Lucky you were here to tell me that. Have you given any thought to what you will say when the Olympics takes place and the nuclear attack does not take place?

I believe that there is a sprit, a holy spirit, THE Holy Spirit, who uses the physical body of a blind woman in the Philippines to talk to people. I have noticed is that when the Holy Spirit is in her body, He knows who are present. He even saw, for example, Benigno Santos grinning. Even when a person does not make a sound, He sees him.

Another example is when He acknowledges the greetings of each person present in the room. We just say “Mano po, Ama” (no physical contact - placing the hand of the Holy Spirit on the forehead as a sign of greeting). His acknowledgment is “The grace of God be with you as long as you live.” He knows if there are few or many attendees. He knows the number.
