I think you may be understating the significance of this find. "Jaw-dropping" hardly does it justice. It will most likely forever change the legal system and journalism in immeasurable ways. What has been done here is nothing short of miraculous, and may just prove to be the Rosetta Stone for humanity's deeper understanding of itself, the universe, and the very nature of existence.

OK Now you're just teasing :D

Mock as you must. One of the big questions that needs to be answered with regard to this case is, why did TM run? The three stooges could lead to an answer to that question. He wasn't scared because he came right back. It must have been something else. If he ran and hid something on Brandy's porch, it would explain two mysteries, why he ran and why Brandy said he was on her porch.

Maybe the interviews of the three stooges will be made public at the next discovery dump. We need to know if TM talked to any of them on his cell phone or if it was just a chance encounter. But the video is too compelling to simply ignore for those who are seeking the truth, IMO.

And this would be relevant because... and would pass discovery because... and be presented as evidence because...

:)

And the physical evidence is...

...
The Treehouse was the first source in the world, to my knowledge, that gave Diwataman's youtube analysis of the 7/11 tapes the attention it deserved. It was a jaw dropping scoop.
...
The only thing "jaw-dropping" is that people actually fall for the garbage those miscreants at the ape-appealing treehouse fling.

After all, they collected the keys to his truck at the scene, and his story was that he was on his way back to his truck, right? He said TM jumped him while he was returning to his truck. He wouldn't return to his truck unless he arrived there in his truck.

Did they think he was walking back home to his truck?

Plus we have the call recordings.

There's no way they could have thought he was on foot, imo.

Also, even if they only found out he was in his truck the next day, they could still seize it and examine it.

The keys were found later, well after Z had been in custody.

Shellie had already moved the vehicle by then.

Just more incompetence from the Mayberry police team.

Did they seize his vehicle? No.

Did his wife move the vehicle? Yes.

It's not inaccurate.

If they didn't examine the truck, it was not because they thought GZ was on foot. It was because they chose not to examine it. That's how the story is inaccurate, imo.

They knew GZ was not on foot, imo. GZ's keys have an evidence marker in the crime scene photos taken that night. Marker #1. GZ's story is that he was on his way back to the truck. GZ's story apparently mentions some form of TM circling the truck. GZ was grilled that night.

The keys must have been found quickly because when the officer with the camera arrives at 19:55, Diana Smith, the keys are already marked (with the #1 marker), according to her report.

That vehicle was evidence as much as that little plastic baggie was. It was NOT entered into evidence.

You see any pictures of the vehicle? Any note in the evidence list? No.

They only realized AFTER he had been in a vehicle. AFTER it had been moved that night.

It's just one more part of the story that clarifies even further just how sloppy the initial police responders were.

Hell, even GZ himself called the Sanford police lazy and sloppy! Looks like it worked in his favor this time.

So Mr. Martin and Ms. Green weren't really at dinner in Orlando ?

The keys were found prior to 7:55pm. The flashlight with the keys was on.

Have you got a source for that claim? The photographs of both flashlights seem to show they were off at the time. In one photograph of the keychain flashlight, there is a lighter color grass in a pattern that resembles the beam pattern of a flashlight. In another photo, there is a blade of grass reflecting the flash. Both of these might have been mistaken as evidence thet the litttle flashlight was on in lower resolution photos.

....
And?

Did they know they were GZ's?

Apparently they didn't, or didn't care to find out right away.

This is a FACT: They did NOT impound his vehicle. Important evidence - and they messed up.

Errr. No. Chain of custody broken. That was crime scene evidence.

The exact location of that vehicle, and what was in it just before the killer killed was IMPORTANT.

I repeat. They messed up.
