It means that she is suspending judgment on that point. There is nothing at all odd about that.

There are many propositions which I have no opinion on. I do not believe that the 10^80th digit of pi is 7. I also do not believe that it is not 7.

Unfortunately, in plain English, the phrase, "I do not believe X," often means "I believe X is false." Just another unfortunate ambiguity in natural language.

We really do need to establish some new terminology. I am a truther. I collaborate with a lot of very intelligent and capable truthers (as well as non-truthers). However, no planers, directed energy beamers, P4T and CIT'rs are NOT truthers. I prefer to call them "twoofers" (a term I picked up from someone here at JREF). Some, I even call nutjobs. These types are not interested in "truth". They exist in a world of paranoia and delusion that is quite scary if the "truth" be told. Sadly though, their nutty ideas get all of the attention and discussion. As you will see in my signature, I had a falling out with the "truth movement" simply because they would not self-govern themselves and weed out the nutjobs. I don't want to be associated with such types, so until I "retired" from my research, I sought out some of the sane folks to continue corroborating with. Much of the data in the public domain are the direct result of their efforts to obtain it, often fighting tooth-and-nail with government agencies who lied, evaded and resisted every step of the way (some of that continues now).

So yeah, there really does need to be a better classification system.

I am proud to say that after about 2-3 years of arguing with one on FB, who I also know IRL, he has finally realized its complete BS. It was a very gradual process, but it happened.

Yes, when you put it like that I agree. I know a few truthers personally and I respect them. They are polite, respectful of other people's opinions and capable of rational discussion.

People like Dusty and Jammy are not truthers, neither they do not deserve respect. They certainly are not interested in the truth.
