The last time I went it was 2008! I miss so many of the old friends, I miss the lectures, I miss meeting new skeptics, I even miss Las Vegas!

I still don't miss Vegas' heat. It was the worst I've ever experienced. But oh well!! It will be worth it. :)
 
Damn, now I'm getting all sad about not going, but I decided I'd used up more than my fair share of scholarships.

Some of them have class. But, most of them don't. A few are sooo crass, they sap a good portion of the class from the room.

But, since you'll be there, combined with a few other classy people I know, it shouldn't be a problem.


(Just for the record: I'll probably be one of the classless folks.)

Interacting with Luciana for short periods of time can help infuse one with the grace and good taste one would otherwise lack. We call it "classening up."
