Hell,Gingrich is probably angry that Santorum is getting all the pressure to quit and He is just being ignored by the party establishment as being a gadfly that is not worth the effort to slap down......

Romney is taking an interesting approach in Pennsylvania. Earlier he said that candidates usually win their home states as a hedge against Santorum there. But Romney is campaigning heavily in Pennsylvania. When asked about his chances of winning he said, "I expect to win Pennsylvania in the fall and that will help us take back the White House." So he is pretending to be campaigning for the general election there. It's a subtle way of saying, "If you want to vote for the eventual winner you'll vote for me."

Well, damn! That's a pisser. I was hoping for a floor fight at the convention. So, Mittens is now unstoppable. I guess we may as well suspend this thread, since Santorum suspended his bid - and start a new one speculating on the Rupubs' choice for veep.

So, will Mittens pick Herman Cain as veep, to get the black vote? Of course, he could pick Condi Rice to get both the black and women's vote.

Condi Rice would be a good pick, but I think Romney is looking for a True Conservative to shore up his in party support.
