Trayvon Martin, Vigilante Justice

He had no right to be there, he had no right to frighten Martin. He had the right to defend himself by running like hell and waiting for the cops.

He created a situation where Martin had every reason to believe that he had to take the gun away.

Screw him. He caused Martin's death by his misconduct.

Gee I hope I never end up going in the same direction as you.

I don't see any time stamp on the police station video, where do you see it?

According to the IT department of the city of Sanford, the timestamp on the video is accurate, meaning Zimmerman was at the station 36 minutes after gunshots were heard on a 911 call.

A spokeswoman for the State Attorney assigned as special prosecutor to the Martin shooting death investigation said Thursday that the surveillance video of Zimmerman was not authorized to be released. (Watch video in link above)

Jackelyn Bernard, spokeswoman for State Attorney Angela Corey, told Local 6 the video "should not have been released." She wouldn't say if Sanford officials had discussed the release of the video with Corey's office.

There is a time stamp at the bottom.

Didn't Zimmerman live in the community? I would think that gives you the right to be there.
There is no way Z could have approached Martin other than fromm the direction in which Martin was headed. That is interdicting his path and that is illegal.

You have no right to harrass people for no valid reason. The dimwit had no valid reason to interdict Martin.

Obviously, merely being followed is grounds to go for the gun but actually being assaulted is not.
When a criminal is stalking you, and you respond, then notice that he is armed, and you think you can take the weapon away, you would be a fool not to.

Z had no right to be armed and harrassing people.

Where do you get that there is no way other than "interdicting"? I am sure the Martin family lawyers would love that piece of evidence.

Whatever evidence you have, send it over to the state attorney's office. Get this case moving.

Yep. While paramedics may be trained to suture, it isn't something that would ordinarily be done in a situation like this one for exactly the reasons you cite.

I actually don't know of any medics that are pre-hospital that are trained to suture. Maybe combat medics, or in the wilderness and very rural areas, but I don't know of any other reason.

Does the time stamp stay the same, or is that just me?

It is already in the record.

Z was attempting to keep Martin from getting out the back gate before the cops got there. (See his phone calls to SPD.)

Martin was aware of a wierd gangbanger-looking dork following him in a vehicle and dismounted. He had every reason on earth to conclude that the dirtbag meant him harm.

Z himself claims that Martin was trying to take his gun. Martin would have been stupid not to.

Nothing anyone has presented contradicts this.

Oh, okay. You start with the assumptions then make your own story...gotcha!

That has also been my experience.
