The Incredible odds of fulfilled bible prophecy

Naa, don't bother.
I have good sources in Asgård and can assure you that Nebuchadnezzar's resurrection will be a very brief affair. :D

I don't suppose you could arrange for the appearance of some Valkyries, could you? They don't need to do anything special, just ride around for a bit.

It sounds like a big week coming up. I'm going to lay in extra supplies.

Who knows, Jesus himself might turn up next week and tell us why he's about 2000 years too late. Sorry, not late. Management are always 'delayed', not late.

I will check but am not sure how they feel about Athenists.

Those "ladies" can be pretty picky (kind of their job) and may not be as ecumenical as Odin and the others.

No Harpies please.

Symphony orchestras can play that, yes. As the opening number in a wimpy symphonic programme.
It takes a REAL orchrestra to play it after having performed the first three hours of the opera.
Just sayin.

Anyway, DOC, how about this prophecy:
7. According to Mt 12:40, Christ will be buried for three nights, but he died on a Friday and by Sunday the tomb was empty. Between Friday and Sunday, there are just two nights, not three.

Take your time.

You play with the Bayreuth Festspielhaus Orchester? :p

He wanted to hear Wagner's Ring cycle in the netherworld, but got bored after the Valkyries and decided to come back?

Nein, mein schatz.
There are other opera orchestras in the world.
Some even better than the BFO.

Stop playing games.
If you had a logically consistent argument to make, you would make it.
Instead, you are trying to be coy about your argument, giving the impression of a highschool girl who doesn't want to admit she forgot her homework.

Sounds like a sexist statement.

No it doesn't, but you certainly sound like you don't have any answers.

And trust me, it's a sound with which I'm extremely familiar.

Me too. What are the incredible odds against Doc actually answering some questions?

Sounds like a sexist statement.

Why, DOC? Why does that sound sexist? I have to ask, because I really do not understand. Is is t sexist to suggest that girls can forget their homework? Is it sexist to suggest that they would try to make excuses, instead of admitting it? Would it be equally sexist to suggest that a boy might forget his schoolwork, and not want to admit it? Why, DOC, why on earth is it sexist?

Or perhaps it's just sexist to mention girls?

Why, DOC? Why does that sound sexist?
I'm guessing it is because I likened him to a girl.
To a person who believes god made women to obey men (as DOC does), saying he is acting like a little girl would make him think it is sexist.
Not sexist against women, but sexist against him as a man.

You may well be right, but I am not sure; I think perhaps he believes that he can get us round to his side, or at least deflect the fire, by calling you sexist, and that he believes that it really is sexist to imply that schoolgirls could forget to do their homework.

But I am just guessing; understanding how DOC thinks is truly a challenge, and I am not absolutely certain that I really want to.
