The conspiracy has morphed.

Apparently the Washington County caucus was cancelled because of snow. The Paul supporters of course say that it would have given Paul enough to win the state and it was cancelled by the state GOP.

And after those votes are counted and Paul still loses, what will be the next whine?

Actually, it was just postponed by a week. It apparently doesn't really matter anyway because the caucuses apparently don't select the convention delegates.

It matters to the Paulsters, because they so desperately want to say they really won something besides an internet poll.

Ron Paul is obviously the most popular politician of all time, just look at any internet poll!

Clearly, there is a vast GOP conspiracy to keep him down.

This goes beyond GOP, it has to be an Illumati conspiracy. There really is no other explanation for the fact that not everyone is voting for him.

I just noticed this bit of snark in the article linked in post 41.

A change in the Maine tally would be “a footnote on page B-19,” said Larry Sabato, director of the Center for Politics at the University of Virginia.

Ron Paul 2012 - We demand our footnote!

I read an article about the Washington County vote on Christian Science Monitor. Then I read the comments. Sometimes I weep for the future of humanity.

The official numbers come from counting actual votes cast. But WatchTheVote2012's numbers are more valid because they come from...?

People who say that Ron Paul won.

Because any other result is simply unfathomable.

What was the name of that Paulista group again who said they were going to conduct their own exit polls because of election results that were "unacceptable and unAmerican"?

So you admit it is a claim? Why, then, pretend that you didn´t make any claims?

It seemed like a safe claim to make. Two different sets of numbers being reported is suspicious, regardless of what conclusion you come to.

As if it mattered whatsoever?

RP is a racist jerk and a liar, and had no chance of getting the nomination even if he had gunned down the opposition at the first debate.

But I love the fact that he is tearing the GOP into pieces.

There weren't two different sets of numbers. There was one official count.

Anything other than that is just a conjecture because there is no way to determine if what people told them is how they actually voted.

So you admit that you made a claim, right? Then why pretend that you didn´t?

He's not a racist, please stop spreading untruths. Thanks.

There isn't any way to determine if the official tally was accurate either, by your standard. I'm not saying it was inaccurate - just pointing this out.

So you admit that you made a claim, right? Then why pretend that you didn´t?

Because it wasn't a very controversial claim.

Given his unequivocally racist associations, past newsletters, statements in favor of the Confederacy, etc., there is more than enough evidence to conclude that Ron Paul is a racist.
