How do you define "Atheist"?

Is it possible to discuss atheism without first defining "God"?

Any believers out there?

Define God. (You also have to define "Create").

This is a dreadful mischaracterisation of agnosticism, and does a disservice to those of us who are intellectually honest about the subject.

Can you prove a god does or does not exist? If your answer is "no" then you are agnostic.
 
God: a supernatural being that humans are morally obligated to obey and worship.

why on earth would one worship a monster that allegedly flooded the whole planet and killed almost everything on it?
If it exist, we should kill it.

Hey, maybe I can say I am an atheist about 'belief' (emotions etc.) and an agnostic about evidence. Although, the minute chance that there is some god is so unsatisfying that I feel I concede the argument when I say I am agnostic.

Are you agnostic regarding His Noodliness? No evidence of worth or merit has ever been put forth for god(s). That's why I'm an atheist. Same with any other ludicrous or paranormal claim.
Why do we have to walk on eggshells when it comes to non-belief/belief in sky daddies?

Well, it's needed with respect to the fact that some people still don't get it. It's unnecessary given the fact that it won't actually help.

We've had this discussion before - At least in previous threads, AvalonQX has stated that he defines morality based on YHWH's opinions and actions. So, by that definition of morality, one would be morally obligated to worship YHWH.

That's why I specified the distinction between active and pacifist atheism. Newborn babies fall into the category of passive atheism, while active atheists are covered by your definition.

This means that every atheist who does good work is proof the Bible is wrong.
Or do you genuinely believe that a person cannot be both an atheist and choose to do good?
