I've been all over the U.S. and parts of Kentucky, and have never encountered anything like what you can find even in "urban" areas of the ME.

Here in America, some guy has a beef with his neighbor, sees him leave for work in the morning and flips the guy the bird.

In the ME, that same scenario, guy sees his neighbor leave and thinks "This is my chance to kill his family..."

In Beirut, I found myself in a Tarantino movie, guns out, shooting to commence shortly.

The deal was caused by a discussion about who built the fastest motorcycle...no ****.

I don't doubt that for a second. And, I've been in American places where the reasons for lethal violence were flatly 'your kin and my kin have always been enemies', or something equally flimsy.

And not for nothing but urinating/pretending to urinate on a dead body is absolutely retarded, a violation of general orders and (if it were my troops) would result in some leaders being fired and some other soldiers getting bottom block NCO evaluations.

That's a convenient myth if you want to keep troops and assets in the ME and keep supporting Israel, I imagine.

Are you one of those people who think they hate your for your freedoms? Funny thing about that, there are lots of countries as free or freer than the USA, depending on how highly you value the freedom to own guns compared to other freedoms, yet Middle Eastern terrorists don't seem to be very bothered by New Zealand, or the Netherlands.

Let me ask a serious question. Ok, putting aside the fact that they were play acting, has anyone heard anything from the Islamic community that they are outraged? This is not exactly like Abu Graib since these bodies in this case are already dead.
