Modern-day conservative rhetoric 101

"2nd amendment remedy": Something that would fix a lot of problems, but once one started shooting politicians and their wall st/big bank buddies it would be hard to know when to stop.

It aint juust the one meathead. There was actually a candidate for the US Senate who made the same kind of remarks, and people still turned out (in fortunately dismall numbers) to vote for the shrieking lunatic.
 
I could have sworn someone did this two years ago.

Google tells me that this came out on a bumper sticker two years ago, and only now is a politician parroting it.

Yeah, because having someone save us from another great depression and scoring foreign policy victories is sooooo terrible. Oh and he attempted to make sure people without health insurance don't have to die in ditches of treatable conditions but those conservatives hated that idea and fought it.
 
It would all be a little less scary if there were not bands of armed whackadoodles playing militia out there in the woods.
 
In the past 10 years tens of thousands of Americans have died in ditches all over this once great country... None of them in the last 2 years of course. :rolleyes:

And I agree with Lowpro. You can't expect a Republican to know his Bible. He's just hoping Obama's a one-term president. In his heart of hearts, he does not want Obama to die because then Democrats will get the sympathy vote.
