Robert, either you do not know what quoting out of context means or you are pretending not to know what it means. I'm voting for the latter. The forum rule you mention only had to do with cutting and pasting large blocks of text from other web sites. It is possible to pull quotes without distorting the meaning of the source you're quoting.
Your quote mining of the Katzenbach memo was intentionally deceptive as was your
quote mining of Marina Oswald's testimony from the Warren Report regarding Lee Harvey Oswald's fluency in Russian. Your feigned ignorance of the definition of quoting out of context does not alter the fact that you were trying to pull a fast one in both cases.

here. Dave even quoted the entire memo without getting wrist-slapped for violating any forum rule. That cherry-picked quote must be on one of Robert's little flash cards. Maybe he thought he wouldn't get busted if he played it again.
