Uh, no. That's another argument from ignorance. You don't understand how it works.

You made the claim.

Therefore it's up to you to prove it, not up to me to prove it false.

Photographs posted on the Internet are not reliable or verifiable evidence.

I was there soYes I can and there's more.
This town, this area is very strange.
The history is strange and weird.
I swear if you were to mine there with me for a month or two you Will see something one way or another that will blow your mind.
I have repeated that experiment too along with the dowsing experiments.
The experiments with the phenomena was, to see if they would be still there after 10 or 15 years later.
I was more ready with the aspect of recording them.
Why do you think I tried to photograph it?
It’s flying, it’s unidentified and the little woman didn’t believe me either, I told her about this place I had lived in before and that I mined there in the 80s, she didn’t believe me either.
The look on her face the next morning because she had one of her own, alone, which scared the crap out of her.
I have the originals.

There are many many valid reasons why Polygraphs are not reliable and simply because the results are so variable and there is no way of filtering out unreliable results, they are not admissible as evidence in courts of law.

To prove something of a scientific nature, they would be deemed even less reliable.

I hope you intended this as a joke, PD. Of course we all know that the burden of proof is on the claimant, so if you posit an explanation, you'll be stuck with proving it.

The problem with all these cases is that there is no evidence, therefore nothing with which to prove them either way. All you can do is speculate to the best of your ability. Once you've done the legwork and put in the effort of piecing all the limited information together into a reasonable speculation, the door is still wide open for Tomi to simply refuse to accept it, and continue to argue that it therefore "defies plausible mundane explanation," and therefore must have been a "nuts and bolts craft," or whatever other nonsense Rramjet used to say.

That's why I never played his little "argument from ignorance game" in this thread, where he posed UFO sightings and then shifted the burden of proof onto the skeptics to debunk them. The whole concept is fundamentally flawed from the get-go.

This has nothing to do with the polygraph.

Boiled cabbage tastes horrible.
Boiled liver tastes even worse, but that doesn't make boiled cabbage taste any better.

I know you will never find that I hoaxed them and they are the same as the day I took them with the corroborating story behind them.
You then cannot say they are mundane.
We watched this one for several nights but it was always across the creek till this night.
Till this night I passed it off as some one looking at us with night vision, I also thought it was reflections of a deer’s eyes, but it would have to be a one eyed deer.
Now that is a possibility but it would have to be a very tall deer.

I have seen some of the "orb" pictures that you've posted.

They are crap, an obviously not supernatural. That you think they are is pretty funny.

Why don't you post the best you've got so we can take a good look at them? We can discuss what they really are. :)

Oh, and "orbs" are just evidence of poor photography.
