Prosecutor Mignini complains of Nazi-like tactics used by defense to discredit police experts. Lunch break now.
Oh my god. Is Mignini for real? Harping on and on about media coverage (especially in these kinds of terms) when police released so much to the media to smear the defendants before even their first appearance in a court room, and right the way through the first trial, I don't even have words for this kind of hypocrisy.
Is there some sort of clause to Godwin's law which states whoever uses this analogy first automatically loses the argument?

Anyhoo, I think in all objectivity, arresting journalists, charging anyone who criticises with criminal defamation, all sounds more Nazi-like to me.
I now expect the rest of the prosecution's argument to be all the unbelievably weak guilter talking points:
1. Prove the contamination, or it doesn't exist
2. PR supertanker (conveniently forgetting the lies and smears made by their side earlier in the case)
3. Mixed DNA (in their eyes, blood)
4. The 'confession' and 'accusation'
5. We still have a witness who heard a scream and multiple running footsteps
6. Toto (yes really)
7. Quintaville (again, yes, really)
8. Luminol of some fragmented footprints.
