Why does richard gage place the newest dvd on youtube so soon?

Several movies have been broadcast for free over directtv to their customers before releasing in the theater. I have watched several television shows that were broadcast for free, and then at the end of the season, they put it on DVD and sell a box set! Amazing isn' it?

If that were really the case, he would have taken the steps to make it happen already.

A new investigation = Gage would no longer get free money from Truther morons. He says he wants one, but is trying awfully hard to make sure it doesn't really happen...

plus expenses, if you spend months touring the world have all your costs paid for you that adds up to a considerable extra benefit............and there are an awful lot of other unexplained "costs".

Running a non-profit company based on the moronic claims truther love to believe is not a bad idea, Gage is able to pay himself just the right amount to keep taxes down, and then use funds from the company to travel and buy those extra perks, as you blindly support him and his fraud, without thinking twice; just copy and paste. Gage's support base, followers unable to think for themselves. Gage has people dumb for the moment (they will be upset when they wake from the delusional fantasy) who send in donations, buy DVDs to support the business based on nonsense. Gage cares less if another study is made, he will use studies to drum up more doubt and business since Gage believers can't form rational conclusions or connect the dots given the answer. If you are a paranoid conspiracy theorist, you will love Gage, and support him without checking the evidence.

Gage is making money from nonsense from people who believe in nonsense. You support Gage because you can't figure out 911 by yourself.

Who has Gage's earnings for last year or the one before, the last year I had was a year where he took in 300 to 400k. ?

Studying his 2009 form 990, we learn that most of Gage's income comes from gifts. Selling stuff is a less important source of income.

On that form 990, he explicitly wrote that, as part of their public service, they handed out 6000 DVDs.

Conclusion: Triterope is correct - Gage's business model uses DVDs as a marketing device to solicit gifts, not as a product to sell for profit.
Marokkaan has not understood how he is being con'ed by this con man.

Actually, I think he understands exactly how this works. This thread is merely yet another example of how truthers will go out of their way to provide plausible deniablity to the Truther Gurus who make serious money off their truthing.

How many times have we had essentially this same argument with truthers over people like Alex Jones and Dylan Avery? Truthers often ask, "What motivation would they have to make up lies about 9/11?", with the prepared answer that, of course, they wouldn't make up lies, therefore, everything they say is true. Of course, to promote that answer, they must preemptively deny the much more rational answer, which is that there is money in making up lies.

So we get threads like this, in which they try to make ridiculous comparisons between the marketing plans of fringe weirdos, and billion dollar movie companies, and then ignore everything anyone tells them, regardless of how many counter-examples are provided.

Just so long as they never have to admit that Dick Gage et al. are making out like bandits.
