It did not fall with symmetry.
Lack of intial rotation? - Lack of a lateral force acting on it.

I suppose you think it should have toppled like a tree?

These forces of which you speak - lateral force, center of gravity - do they teach them in architecture school?

Possibly, or broken apart in sections.

then you should be able to provide the source of the lateral force that would have caused the building to topple.

Instead the outer walls stayed intact - while everything inside the building apparently fell to pieces.

That is what happens when you use transfer girders to support the interior of the building. The loads get concentrated and the connections are the weak link

Only to those without a basic understanding of building structures, the willfully ignorant, and the terminally stupid.

In the old days,(my era) lateral forces was one of the test sections you were required to pass to become licensed. These days......I don't know......they seem to let anyone in :(

Were you expecting gravity to supply

a lateral force on the building remnants?

Obviously not...

Amazing.

So you're saying the exterior wasn't loadbearing and the transfer trusses were there purely to take the weight of the interior, nothing to do with the sub-station?

NIST says collapse started in the north east corner and the floors and columns collapsed and buckled from that corner towards the west in a wave of destruction. Since one corner was weakened first (in fact it was meant to be a shell between floors 7-14), I'd have expected to see all the structure above that corner, including the external supports fall with it and follow that wave higher up. That didn't happen.

There you go again, irrational logic.

Read what I said. The demise of the planes cannot be discussed using video evidence of the crashes - because there isn't any. It's really that simple.

Sorry but there is video of the pentagon attack. Its not good but it does exist.
And why single out video evidence as being of special value?

Of course the other facts can be discussed using other evidence but it's still not conclusive however you look at it.

In your opinion. Not mine. I find the evidence compelling that planes did in fact crash at both sites and no credible evidence that suggests otherwise.

That's all you have isn't? The ability to play silly word games and call people names. Ah, diddums!

Irony at its finest........:)

:jaw-dropp

That video is worthless. According to you it holds no value anyway and I'd agree.

Make up your mind.

So you debunkers keep saying.

Sure the building flexed to produce a kink but at the point the building fell as a single unit, the north wall was still a rectangle, as was the west wall and all windows, panels and roofline stayed in their horizontal planes.

except they clearly did not.

Please cite where I said any such thing. That sort of troofer debate tatic is old and stale.

Your expectations mean diddily

So explain it yourself then as I asked you too. You being the expert architect and all.

If I said that then I was wrong to do so. Can you show me where and I'll apologise.

Short memory.

Read what I said. The demise of the planes cannot be discussed using video evidence of the crashes - because there isn't any. It's really that simple.

Written, typed, or verbal, please.

As for that video, I rest my case. No plane to be seen.
You said "video of the crashes". Not "video with the crashing plane in it".

In case you're wondering, security cameras generally aren't good at capturing a plane moving at hundreds of MPH impacting a wall someplace they aren't even pointed at.

Here's the part of my post you don't want us to notice you cut out, with emphasis.

I think you're conflating "you", as in "MrK", with "everyone else".

Guys, it's clear that MrK is ignoring me. I have asked him three times whether there's a difference between a part of the a sequence/process and the entire process. This is relevant because NIST claimed that only the last part of WTC 7's collapse was "global", yet MrK says they called the entire collapse global. The only logical conclusion is that he is ignoring the inconvenient question.

Did anybody catch the interesting interview with James Meigs opf Popular Mrchanics and Jonathan Kay yesterday ? Do you think people will find it convincing ?

Listening to it now and so far its is spot on. As to people being convinced, convinced of what? and what people? Twoofers? no probably not. Most other people simply don't care enough one way or the other to do anything.

LOL now Kevin Ryan is on! a lie every few seconds so far.

just had the "never happened before argument!"

and now we are onto Jesse Ventura.......:)

Have a listen to Anthony, a caller at around 36 minutes. I also notice that James Meigs appears to be very nervous. His voice often seems to be just North of trembling. Lots of swallowing.
