For those of you that believe in the stories of YHWH, like the the story around Noah and his Ark. or Sodom and Gomorrah.

Do you think YHWH is an Evil god? What do you think about his alleged deeds?

also for those that do not belief in the existence , assuming the old myths would be true, what do you think about his alleged genocide against life?

If he were real, I would do everything in my power to be the fine upstanding pseudoreligious person he'd want me to be, just to ensure I'd go to heaven. Then I'd lie low for a few years. Then I'd kill him.

... he's got a lot to answer for. China, Pakistan, Haiti, Japan... and that's only recent grievances.

wow, that is the most convincing argument for joining one of the YHWH cults i have come across so far.

If he were real, I'd do everything except for the going to heaven part (I think it would be much more boring than hell and filled with the kinds of cretins and monsters that I do my best to avoid now). But I'd do what I could to help kill off the beast.

Maybe YHWH was behaving like such a murdering brutal scumbag to teach his followers the art of forgiveness... If you can forgive Him for the Flood and all of that genocide, then you can forgive humans for just about everything...

I have to watch RandFan's link later as I have to leave soon, but I had to respond to this! I always think in terms of "alignments" and could never decide if Yahweh was CN or CE. But, yes...CS fits MUCH better!

Even tho the other choices are equally as scary...
