WTC dust

It seems an appropriately ghoulish enterprise - take some random dirt from NYC and sell it as 'Authentic WTC Dust'.... except that it is not 'authentic' by any reasonable measure.

It's as authentic as an Apple store in China....

I've documented my find. What more would you like?

An answer to this...
You forgot step 1 - establishing that the dust came from the WTC and if it came from the WTC, the same vector that permitted its ingress magically prevented the ingress of other dust both before and after the event.

Scientific method is over there in the corner with a tear trickling down its cheek...

That's not what I'm saying.

I'm saying the wake of a boat continues in the forward direction after a boat stops. You want proof of this? hahaha

Haven't you ever been on a boat?

I have spotted the flaw in your argument. It was planes that crashed into the buildings, not boats. I should have thought that a scientist would have known the difference.

I think I know something that would prove to the world that what I have is, in fact, WTC dust. It's a method that fully utilizes my PhD in biomedical science.

Here it is: I could perform DNA analysis on the DNA located in the dust. If I identified the DNA of even a single individual who died in the south tower, I'd have ironclad proof.

as it's my profession, yes.... keep talking....

Call in CSI New York.

Judy woods is insane.

dafydd: You haven't added anything but pot-shots, and now you're criticizing an American hero. So, if you'd like to apologize for calling me a liar and promise never to do it again, I won't put you on ignore. Now, you must also apologize for calling Dr. Wood various insulting names and promise to never do it again, or I will put you on ignore even if you apologize for calling me a liar.

Don't mess with Dr. Wood, or you get the ignore treatment.

I don't think she likes deliberately stupid people, so your respect wouldn't be a motivator.

You have a polite way about you, but you're stuck on thermite. Yuck.

Correction...I'm not stuck on anything. I can make a consistent working theory witrh nanothermite but who knows ?...maybe I've been led by the nose. I am open to any stronger theory. So far I haven't found one though.

And what does 'deliberately stupid' actually mean ?

What are you waiting for, don't you know there are still relatives who lack closure?

Oh, um, if you do find DNA...and it's identified as coming from a passenger of flight 175--what will that do to your "theory"?

An American hero ,lol. A disgrace to America and a total raving nutcase who believes in science fiction energy beam weapons. I would not trust her to sit the right way round on a toilet. You are lying about the dust,it is just dust. Goodbye and I hope that you regain your sanity one day.

A fantasist will find a way around that.

*facepalm*
So you're trying to tell us the water follows the boat? LOL! Seriously, look up "wake turbulence" Oh no wait, you can't because you're allergic to research!

I understand your Phd is biological... Biomedical, is that correct?
Shouldn't you be out there researching cancer or AIDS treatments? That would help a lot of people, but no... You come here spewing crap all over this forum!

It is YOU who has demonstrated a complete lack of knowledge of physics, high-rise construction and aerodynamics. Your ego is wider than the brooklyn bridge and you ignore everything we present you with, so why are you even here Dusty? What were you expecting from a SKEPTICS forum?

Look, I'm not an expert in any of the above examples you fail at. However, I take note of what qualified people on this forum say, and I LOOK THINGS UP MYSELF. If I don't know how something works, I ask others or find the answer myself. You don't do this, you insist you are right, no matter what anyone else says. Considering all that, who comes out looking stupid... Me or you?

Anneliese.

Anneliese, I appreciate you're reaching out to me and that you are mad. I don't want to make people mad. I'm just telling people about my discovery.

If I'm right, I've got a huge story that changes everything. If I'm wrong, it will be a huge, embarrassing goof. I haven't hurt anyone. What does me collecting WTC dust 8+ years later have to do with hurting people?

9/11 hurt people. They died. I smelled them. It was horrible. Thousands of people are suffering from the physical effects of being caught up in the dust, including people I care about and many rescue workers who didn't deserve that.

They deserve to know that what they were inhaling was iron based.

That's one of the most important things about my research, and it does have to do with biomedical science, my official profession.

Anneliese, I appreciate you're reaching out to me and that you are mad. I don't want to make people mad. I.

You're not making us mad,you are making us laugh. You are the last person in the world that anyone would want to reach out to. Her post trashed you,by the way. That is not reaching out for a hug. You have such a high opinion of yourself, does it ever occur to you that you could be wrong about something.? Please quote me,somebody.

You're seriously claiming that 3 days after the attacks no dust existed around ground zero?

Do you understand how ridiculous that sounds?

Listen very carefully: There was no dust that I could reach from street level. There was plenty of dust around, only higher up. The streets were cleaned of dust.

Well I do declare that you think you are being clever! How, interesting.

I've said it 40 times, and I'll say it 400 more if you intend to persist in this charade, Dusty. The evidence that you are supposed "to look for" is the FAA audio tape from Air traffic Control of the hijacking of flight 93.

I'm sorry, I cannot say it any more clearly than that.

It is much less than 5 minutes long, in fact you have spent much more than five minutes dodging the evidence in the most obvious and quite frankly ridiculous way possible.

Dusty, have you listened to the FAA tape from Air Traffic Control of the hijacking of flight 93?

You can't tell me what these tapes are going to say? Why not?
Can you tell me what gives you confidence that these tapes are genuine?

And no more dust appeared in the street for eight years?

It's not just ridiculous, it's also a blatant *********** LIE. 3 days after the attacks, my sister and I had to wade ankle-deep through the dust just to reach her apartment building. I find it pretty hilarious that Dusty claims she found no dust 3 days after, we've already seen how "good" she is at researching and collecting data. It's hardly surprising really.

Ah! Maybe you've not understood yet that I didn't live 200 feet from the WTC on 9/11. I lived 1.something miles north of the WTC on Bleecker Street. I didn't have permission, and the cops wouldn't let me go anywhere I wanted to go. The places I was allowed to walk near Ground Zero were cleaned of dust. I'd have gone searching in other places if I could have, but the blockade was pretty serious.

They couldn't have kept me out of those areas had I lived there at the time, just like they couldn't keep your sister away.

And, by the way, did she save any of the dust?

Why would she save any of the dust? Not everyone shares your delusion.

8 years.
And you never once thought to use a ladder?
Truly, you have a dizzying intellect.

That right there sounds a LOT like confirmation bias. 8 years desperate to find something. You see something. You are SURE it is what you want. How have you verified it. One simple way would be to verify that it has the same makeup as other, known samples. Have you used a mass spec on it?

I agree, but I would change know to "know."

Aah yes. You only recognized it because it fit your theory. That is a very telling mindset you have there.

OK. If you say so.

The cops wouldn't let you put up a ladder and scoop up the dust, and besides, I didn't have a ladder and no ladder stores were open in lower Manhattan in the days after 9/11.
