I think my tickets are in that neighborhood too... Section 2 Ampersand, row BB, seats 8 & 9. (But the seating chart - the one I've seen, anyway - doesn't say "BB," just "B.")

Now it make sense. I'm in seat A2 in section 3&.

It is a bit confusing to figure out where your seat is without having a visual reference.
