how does this compare to his construction costs to-date?

how does this compare to his projected future construction costs?

what are his total leasing costs for the WTC site, from 9-12-01 to today?

what is Silverstein's projected lossed income from the WTC since 9-11-01?

I'm not the one who is refusing to answer quite simple questions to back up my claims.

I have four SIMPLE questions for you:

1. How much insurance money has Silverstein collected as of today?

2. What is Silverstein's total construction costs for the new WTC, as of today?

3. What is Silverstein's total leasing costs of the WTC site, from 9-12-01 to today?

4. What is Silverstein's projected loss of income from the original WTC, to today?

Without answering these straight-forward questions, you refuse to back-up your claim that Silverstein has "made out like a bandit".

Oh, btw, I just discovered the leasing costs of Silverstein, for his 99 year lease. Its $3.2 billion..pretty much the same as his insurance pay-out shall be.

So that means that virtually NONE of his construction costs will be covered by the insurance. Only his leasing-costs will be covered. His lost income will NOT be covered.

How exactly is this "making out like a bandit"?
