My comment on cargo cults and why courts ignore his papers have been deleted.
I guess he prefer his fantasy world. :(

Call me an old cynic, but I suspect it may have something to do with the $$ generated by all his "inner circle" members. :D

my ,my therival58 you really are picking this stuff up in a very short space of time, from complete novice to veritable expert in a couple of days.

Good on you

I apologize for derailing this thread, I misinterpreted the title. It said the Freeman movement AND England, not IN Englnad, which to me implied a discussion of both the Freeman movement in general, and its relations to England, BUT NOT LIMITED to just England.

A further thought just occurred to me. Those who believe that Blackstone's words should be interpreted as meaning that man has a strawman might want to also consider the use of the phrase "about/on your person" which I believe dates back to Blackstone's era as well, e.g. "do you have any weapons on your person, sir?"

Please dont give them any more ideas micklemus :)
scenario
Cop "do you have any weapons on your person"
freeman "no"
Cop frisks him, feels gun, draws his own gun shoots freeman.
freeman lies dying and says " But officer, the weapon was on my "Human Being, I didnt mislead you".

micklemus may have unleashed a whole new lawful argument for the freeman.
"No your honour the drugs were concealed about my person, they dont belong to me at all"

Ha ha!:D

Take a look at the dribblers tag team over there. Mark1963 has just stepped forward to make the very point that you've made above. Rather than recognise the obvious, he has gone for that. Brilliant, and perfect material for someone to capitalise on.

An alternative would be the usage of "private person" in section 4 of the Vagrancy Act 1824, as clarified by Evans v Ewels [1972] 1 WLR 671.

scenario
Cop "do you have any weapons on your person"
freeman "no"
Cop frisks him, feels person, says "is that a gun in your pocket or are you just pleased to see me?"

a quick scenario about the use of "person"
Picture the scene, two 13th century statute compilers scribbling away writing new laws in the dead of night by candlelight.
"Dear me Cuthbert this is so tiresome"
"Whats that Egbert?"
"This darned repeating myself over and over"
"How so Egbert?"
"Well I have to keep writing human being firms, labor organizations, partnerships, associations, corporations, legal representatives, trustees, trustees in Bankruptcy, or receivers everytime I have to apply a statute."
"Why dont you just come up with a word that can mean all of them?"
"Now that would be a ideal, any ideas?"
"What about "person"?
"Is that a word?"
"It is now, you just use it and I will let Charles know at the Oxford English Dictionary and he can add it tomorrow. Pass the port and cheese"
"Thank you Cuthbert"

I suspect they've confused that with the situation where, if one is eligible for Employment Support Allowance (the benefit for people unable to work), one can become eligible for an extra payment of around £25 after a medical assessment by an ESA-appointed doctor. Anyone who thinks the level of ********** your body would have to be at to qualify is worth £25 is a moron.

A freeman on the land venturing onto a boat!!!!!!!!!
Stop him someone, hes going to end up falling for that dreaded Admiralty trap.

Or is it that all Admiralty courts operate under the law of the land?
Well its only fair surely. :)

:D I chortled a little. Then chortled some more. :D
Is Chortling allowed these days?

@JB, in your opinion do you think that the Icke/FOMTL area is relatively dead for a few days because of Anti-Woo or are they taking an Easter break?

Its always like that when they ban the skeptics.
It will just turn into a bitch-fest about how life's not fair and they will just post about how the world should work rather than concentrate on how it actually does work.

They don't have any solutions, they just don't like the raw deal that they think life's given them when in fact its just that they wont put the effort in to actually try and get anywhere.

I was an electrician for a university and many in the maint. department complained about the high salaries that the professors received so I'd tell them that there was a foolproof method to get the same money, all they had to do was get a B.S. degree, an M.S. then get hired at a university and receive tenure. No one ever took me up on it even though they could have taken classes for free.
