A compensation system may not have to take all the many mistakes that could happen into account. I believe there is a Danish on based on percentage of disability.

How much economic motivation is really needed for people to try avoid making harmful mistakes?

Anyway, to get back on topic. Cutting Legal Aid and NWNF is going to mean more people representing themselves. Fodder for the FMOTL Woo.
We have already had a few starting to appear on a Motoring offences advice site I frequent.

The sooner FMOTL gets mainstream media the better, it will then get put to bed once and for all.

Rights are annexed [the act of attaching, uniting, or joining together in a physical sense; consolidating.] to the persons; not the living man

Soooooooo.....by that logic, FoTLers, who claim not to be persons, but "living men", have no rights.

Good job utterly destroying the foundation of your own movement, there, guys.

Movement? The only thing I see moving is fingers over keys.

I have put that to them before, I really wish the law could actually allow the freeman argument and they were in fact allowed to cast of their "strawman and personhood" and as such lose all their rights.
In fact they would become outlaws, I'm quite sure they would disappear from our midst quite soon once they had no recourse in law.
Freeman driving without insurance prangs car, car owner hears, "I am a freeman on the land, and as such am"......crash, bang, wallop.
Freeman on the land thrown in a ditch and left for the crows.

Keep reading it, maybe let your eyes relax, a bit like one of those magic eye books.

I noticed that GirlGye said this:

So those of us rendered bankrupt and criminalised overnight for going a mere 7 miles over the speed limit will again be shoved up the backside on the buses. As if rides on the buses are not trips from hell as it is.

Was that the start of her problems? Sounds like a small fine would have taken care of it.

For 7 miles over in England she would have been offered a Driver Improvement Course. No points on the license cost from £80 to £120 or a fixed penalty of 3 points on the license and £60 fine.
Even going not guilty and arguing your case in court would have still been 3 points and a slightly increased fine if found guilty.

Yup and she had 3 businesses that went to the wall just before Christmas 2009 putting friends and family on the dole.
Never mind that though, she's now in on the secret.

"None are more hopelessly enslaved than those who falsely believe they are free."

Johann Wolfgang von Goethe

FMOTLers read that and believe its us that are enslaved when they are all in fact in a prison of their own making.

She was imprisoned for a few days in 2009 for contempt of court. Taping one of Roger the tax dodgers court appearances.

She has also had her car (sorry, personal conveyance) crushed.

Yes I am aware of that, I thought that possibly cocana knew something that not all of us know?
