Could it have been faked? Maybe by using a lot of conventional explosives. But hardly 50 million tons of TNT. Seismic waves were recorded around the globe, so either it really was a very big explosion or several smaller explosions, OR the explosion was detonated on the ground to make the seismic signals larger (see below). One would have to look at seismic recordings from many stations around the world to determine it more precisely. Wikipedia mentions seismic measurements at a station in New Zealand but not much more than that.

One key thing that could make it possible for the explosion being faked is:

"The energy yield was around 7.1 on the Richter scale but, since the bomb was detonated in air rather than underground, most of the energy was not converted to seismic waves." [my emphasis] -- From: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tsar_Bomba#The_test

So a much smaller amount of explosives would have been needed in order to fake the nuclear bomb if the detonation was at ground level.
 
You are incorrect. Both seismic data and measurement of radiations samples from atmospheric testing (when it was allowed) confirmed that Russia has nuclear weapons. The verification regimes in arms reductions and limitation treaties show that the USSR, now Russia has nuclear weapons.

Seismic signals from an explosion at ground level are much stronger than if the explosion is done in the atmosphere, so they could have faked the nuclear weapons with conventional explosives that way. And to put radioactive material in the atmosphere is easy to do.

That is a too slow flash for an alleged fusion bomb. Also, there is a lot of early eruption of ground material, indicating that there could have been a lot of explosives detonated at ground level, rather than an explosion only in the atmosphere as they claim.

No, that's the flash from a nuclear bomb. That "early eruption" you talk about is an effect of the over pressure from the blast. Note you don't see it early because all you see early on is the flash.

You do realize that under both the CNTB, START and NNPT about 21 countries inspect each other's nuclear facilities right? You'll probably say that all the countries are in on the conspiracy but since you won't be able to provide evidence there's no reason to take that claim seriously either.

You know you're never going to impact anything important here right?

I think the flash is too slow for that. Looks like conventional explosives to me. And the inspection of nuclear weapons could be real, except the nuclear missiles aren't capable of producing any nuclear blasts. Very few people would need to know about it. Almost all people who work with the missiles believe they are real.

Evidence that this is actually happening? What are your qualifications to tell what a nuclear blast should look like. You have an opinion about it but you provide no reason to take that opinion seriously.

It looks like the flash takes hundreds of milliseconds to reach peak intensity. Wouldn't a nuclear explosion cause a faster flash than that?

Yes, it's only my guesswork. I don't know exactly how fast a fusion bomb blast should be.

Yes! That was my idea. That the Chinese and Japanese leaders sacrificed a huge number of their own people among other things to fool the west.

Not only Asian leaders behave like this. Consider the following quote:
