My point is that George W. Bush said seemingly stupid things, because he was talking to BOTH the ordinary public AND to people in key positions in society who had been forced to go along with a cover-up against their own will.

A clear example of this is how the FAA has been forced to do a cover-up and pretend there were real planes when in fact the planes were only computer graphics insertions into videos shown on television.

IMO, the FAA was completely innocent of the fake attacks, and was used and abused and forced to do a cover-up because the public had seen planes crash into the WTC towers on television. As GWB said when lying about seeing the first plane: "The TV was obviously on."

As a hypothesis lets say that floor 81 and only that floor in the South Tower was rigged with tons of thermite as a part of a staged false flag attack. Then having a real plane crash into the tower would be very risky, because the plane must hit more or less exactly that floor. So the thermite on only floor 81 and the no planes theory fit together.
