January Stundie Nominations

I nominate Justinian2 for this elegant little couplet:
Justinian2 said:
Whether it was 1K or 4K, it is still pitiful small given the big job it had to do.

I will concede that the memory was probably theoretically sufficient to get the job done.

The funny thing is, neither number was right anyway, and that was after he'd been given the right numbers, and then he displayed the very citation which showed him the right numbers, while he was busy giving the wrong ones.

How much you want to bet borrderraven believes mulattoes, quadroons, octoroons, griffes, and sang-meles are legitimate classifications?

I'm not entirely sure what this says about me, but I know I didn't believe this was even a word until I googled for it!

Sometimes the 'E' in JREF means learning stuff about how your fellow man thinks that you really didn't want to know.

I remember learning about these classifications (to some significant disillusionment and horror) when I was a teenager--I think it was in conjunction with learning about Jim Crow. I had to look up the terms, which had been long forgotten, but the monstrous concept stuck with me.

Justinian2 is really cranking them out. Here he refers to Edwin "Buzz" Aldrin, who walked on the Moon on the Apollo 11 mission, punching nutcase stalker Bart Sibrel:
Pretty good punch for an older, smaller guy.

If I hadn't already been charged with A&B on a police officer, I would have thrown a punch too. Trouble is, the law doesn't like it when you do something wrong twice.

The guy called Buzz a liar and a coward! No need for that.

"This guy who says he walked on the Moon never walked on it! No need to call him a liar."

ETA: I hope Justinian2 doesn't hurt himself.

This can't really be a stundie due to lack of conspiratorial elements, but I thought it should be shared, nevertheless.

The background: a poster linked to her website containing examples of her art and asked forum members for suggestions.

http://www.internationalskeptics.com/forums/showthread.php?t=196794

One, Bob Blaylock, leaves this response:

Your art doesn't really do it for me, but I felt compelled to respond, because the very first image that comes up on your site—presumably of you—bears a very strong resemblance to someone else that I know, named “Sheri”.

In no particular order, here are the things I love about this post:

1) Why even mention that you don't like the art?
2) Why would a poster tell a forum member that they look like someone that no one knows?
3) After dismissing her art, why would she want to know that the person offering unnecessary, totally unconstructive scorn has a friend that looks like her?
4) Compelled? Huh?

The more I think about that post, the more amazing I find it. What was the point?

From the aforementioned 'the Moon ain't right' thread at Icke's:

if the moon caused the tides.... there would be only one high tide a day...

you cant pile the water up on the other side of the earth if the moon is "supposedly" pulling it towards itself...

i might dig the answer up if i get enough intelligent questions as to why the moon doesnt cause tides... or speculation as to why acedemia continue to spew this lie...

but many a mathematical genius has calculated the gravitaional pull and mass and energy and proved the force is enough to pull the water of the oceans and cause tides to the height of

6 inches...
That place is a gold mine!

The same poster a few posts later:
why isnt there a greater tide when theres a lunar eclipse

Same thread, different poster:

The moon to me has seemed "off" for the last 3 to 4 years. When I was a kid I looked at the moon alot on car trips because there was nothing else to do, LOL. Parents had crappy AM radio in the car and gameboys and Ipods weren't invented yet. So I'm not an expert, but it is a gut feeling. The moon just isn't the same.

I don't remember the cresent moon ever appearing on its side like a happy face smile, for example. I just recall this cresent being more vertical instead of horizontal. Does anyone else feel this to be true?

Also, quite often I don't even see the moon in the evening on clear nights, but the next night at the same time I can see the moon. It doesn't make sense.

I must apologise because I should have put this in last month but here goes anyway. From Girlgye on Ickes, re freeman on the land.

http://www.davidicke.com/forum/showpost.php?p=1059549961&postcount=152

Now I'm sure that the freeman concept needs little explanation here, but these twerps believe, amongst other matters that they're not bound by statutory law except for those statutes that they agree with. Girlgye is one of the loudest (and foulest) mouthed people on the Icke forum who gives credence to this stuff. She has lost her business over it and been to prison but she still insists on believing that it's real. Anyway, to her post, which concerns road traffic offences, being questioned by the police and prosecuted. Here is her advice to another forum member -

1st of all well done mate. I understand your nerves.

Word of caution. NEVER OPEN THE WINDOWS. Ever. Much as they like to hide it the common law still exists for these men and women and some know it some don't.

Speak through them, fine.

He says he isn't going to speak to him unless it is with a solicitor. That would be wrong because you then contract with your strawman and allow a public Equity servant to apply the Road Traffic Act. No solicitor not even Nick Freeman can negotiate the Road Traffic Act. You say no corporate govt has power of you and then give consent.

You try and ask a Solicitor to serve as a witness and see what happens. He/she won't. They will merely walk away from you as they have sworn an oath to allegiance to the Queen and given she has sworn an oath to uphold a PLC you can pretty much figure what the outcome of that is.

He has others if you want to look up his name. A vehicle, a name and a licence, is contract.

We are still at the stage where they are using thuggery by using the fact that they believe the Earth is Defacto and they have all rights to bully who ever walks upon the UK.

There are various bits of the above quote that I would like to nominate but I'll go for the bit in bold - you are immune from action by police officers provided you keep your car windows closed. :boggled:

Cancel this months stundies, we have the winner ^

Compus

I'm not sure that one really counts as a Stundie. Sure, the post as a whole and the Moon not causing the tides thing is rather Stundilicious, but that particular part is actually entirely correct. There is a greater tide when there's a lunar eclipse (and a solar one for that matter). Having the Sun, Moon and Earth all aligned is exactly what causes spring tides.

Come on dont you know Common law came before windows and as such trumps them.
Statutes came after, so they can be blocked by them. :D
