The only one that isn't is the flag burning one, and I think you don't need to see that one...he burns the US flag...

By the looks of things it appears to be someone else's channel who posted the flag-burning video which the shooter favourited. Strangely the channel was set up about the same time and only has that one video uploaded onto it.

I'm almost certain I made no reference to a trial pro or con - but, if I am wrong, please remind me where.

My statement was a response was to those who kept referring to a need for evidence/waiting for evidence. That end is covered.

Mayhaps they want more evidence -though I miss the point of it -but I would certainly convict on the points I mentioned. Witnesses, gun, extra magazines for gun, no evidence of Invisibility Cloak, no evidence of having body taken over by aliens.....

as crazy is not a diagnosis, I have no issue with folks labeling this guy crazy.

but as to him being psychotic, schizophrenic, bi-polar, autistic, Down-Syndrome, etc etc...I think we should leave such diagnosis to the professionals.

I am very happy to hear she may be ok. One lucky lady.

Of which there are none here. And even if there were, they could not offer any sort of diagnosis based on a YouTube video. No qualified professional would even try.

If nothing else I think we can agree that someone should sue Safeway for the misleading name.

We've been renting every winter in Tucson for a while. Lived just around the corner from that Se fue the last two years.

Now just over five miles north of there. We were getting ready to leave and hit a favorite local Mexican place just north of where the shootings occurred when we heard the news and then decided to stay far away.

Went to a different Se fue to buy some groceries instead. Shoppers were keeping a wary eye on one another.

Oh, I'm also a touch bored with the no evidence thing. Unless you argue that the three people who took/held him down are the actual murderers and they put the stuff in his hands and pockets, I'm afraid the evidence is in. There may well be more evidence, but , again short of those three collaborating and picking a randomly present person to blame and plant stuff on, he did it.

I'm tired of all the talk of the shooter's supposed political motives and affiliations when there is not one shred of credible evidence that such motives and/or affiliations even exist.

As for your point, the shooter (and possible accomplices) will get his day in court.
