Left-wing 9/11 Truthers:
- Tend to cite Loose Change and Zeitgeist
- Generally think that 9/11 was a right-wing plot by Bush and evil capitalists
- Generally opposed to guns and war
- Think the media is controlled by evil capitalists
- Cry more during their speeches

Right-wing 9/11 Truthers:
- Tend to cite Alex Jones or Jeff Rense
- Think that 9/11 was a left-wing plot to establish a NWO communist government, carried out by politicians, businessmen, Jews, or all of the above
- Support guns and war (especially Tea Partiers)
- Think the media is controlled by our secretly communist NWO government
- Get angry as f*** during their speeches

I've always wondered- who are 'they'? 'They' have answers for everyuthing, but I never could figure out who 'they' are. Such as the Truther nutcase claims that 'they' say all the Jewish workers at the WTC were warned not to come in for work. Pure bs, but who are 'they'?

It's one of those wonderfully vague terms that can be used to mean just about anything, which is typical CT modus operandi. But basically, "they" are the privileged few, the elite, those that are so powerful they control every significant act/outcome the world has ever seen. Don't go looking for exact members of the elite though, for some reason these all-powerful people rarely have real names!

You'd think so, but it's worth remembering that Obama wasn't even in the US Senate in 2001 - nobody knew who he was.

9-11 Truth pretty much blamed Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld, and anybody else that was in power at the time. Condi Rice, the Bildebergers, the Illuminati or something, the "neocons (read: Joos)," etc. And at the time, it was all GOP in the House, Senate and WH.

The Birther fruitcakery is another discussion altogether, and that's entirely an Obama-centric phenom :covereyes

That's the point- but that escapes the Truthers- like most conspiracy nuts, they jetison logic in their reasoning.
After all, some right wing conspiracy nuts claim FDR caused the stock market crash of 1929- even though Herbert hoover was president at the time. Ditto with those who blame 9/11 on Bill Clinton.

Could he be concidered the right wing answer to uber left winger Mike malloy? Both men have radio shows, both are avid 'Truthers', and both men are very, very paranoid.
Malloy is liberal on social issues, but he does engage in eliminationist rhetoric- just against different groups.
(the religious, capitalists, etc)

And also anti-homosexual. He thinks that homosexuals are the result of the government putting estrogen in our foods to turn guys "feminine."

Oh, and he thinks that his conspiracy theories were predicted in the Book of Revelations. (It's at the end of the video.)

At the start of the Twoofer Movement, the left-wingers were definitely more vocal, while the right-wingers were a weird anti-semitic paranoid minority. Now the right-wingers hold almost full sway in the Twoofer Movement and the left-wingers are a bunch of anti-capitalist vegetarian card-carrying PETA members with too much technology and time on their hands.

Almost all the truthers I've "met" have been right-wing loonies. I've met only 1 anarchist and 1 communist in my internet travels. But it should be pointed out again that crazy is bipartisan.

He almost physically assaulted conservative columnist Michelle Malkin at a protest at GZ a few years ago over...well, I'm sure he had a reason in his mind.

He's a bipartisan whackjob.

This isn't an opinion - this is his record. It's really a pointless endeavor to try to pin him to a specific political ideology or party.

It's more useful to just characterize him for what he is:

Weapons-grade stupid.
