I suppose you can argue that they were running backwards and forwards for 2 hours between the basketball court and somewhere else in between Curatolo's cigarette breaks. This is the first time I've heard anyone suggest such a bizarre scenario. Their timing must have been incredible because every time Curatolo looked up they were there. What are the odds?

According to the research i did they are. it's irrelevant whether or not it's a legal requirement.

So you're saying that if a written statement says 'it was me, I did it' and a recording of the same interview says 'ow, stop hitting me, i'll say anything you want', that wouldn't matter in Italy?

I have asked a number of times if you are deliberately misunderstanding the question.

It does not matter whether she was doing cartwheels, yoga, stretching, whatever. The question is about the length of the witness statement and the fact that it did not start until after the reported exercises. Even if you believe that she did none of these things, do you know at which time the interview started?

The only information that appears to be available is the Call Detail Records and this does not include subsequent handovers after the start of the call.

If ILE had acquired the Cell Tower Records for all the cells in the vicinity, they would have had a much more detailed track of everyones movements. The Cell Tower Records would include each time a phone registers with a new tower as it moves between cells even when there is no call in progress.


One of the points that the prosecution made was that Amanda received the SMS from Patrick from a cell tower that serves the oldtown area at a time that she claimed to be at Raffaele's place. This is actually quite consistent with the way the networks work.

A phone will only register with a new cell when it has moved out of the local group of several cells. This is to prevent ping-pong registrations when a phone is between cells. Amanda and Raffaele had walked through the oldtown area on the way back to his place that night, Amanda had not send or received any calls since late the previous night, and Raffaele's place is still in the coverage area of that cell; so Amanda's phone could still have been registered with the oldtown cell while at Raffaele's place. Cell phone paging (used for call setup and sending SMS messages) will first try the registered cell and escalate to the surrounding cells if no response is received. The cell tower information for SMS messages is therefore not the currently closest cell but just some cell that the phone happened to register to and hasn't gotten out of range of yet.

For a phone call, things will be a bit different. The call setup will be initiated through the currently registered cell but it could immediately trigger a handoff if there is a better cell to use. What I don't know is if the call detail Records will list the cell initiating the connection which would have the same inaccuracy as with the SMS message or if it will account for the initial handoff.

Looking at the videos of the kids scaling high walls, a few things occur to me.
1. They are exceptionally talented and must have trained for hours to reach this level of skill. Is there any evidence that Guede spent his days leaping high walls?

2. They appear to need to throw their heads forward at the last moment. If there had been anything in their way, they would have banged their heads and fallen backwards, possibly resulting in a broken back, not to mention the possibility of decapitation.

3. Do we have any indication as to how wide apart the shutters were that night? Obviously they couldn't have been closed, as that would have scuppered any such theory.

All he had to do was climb up on the planter box, grab the overhanging roof, and swing across a four-foot span to the window ledge.

He prosecuted Neal Buford, the guys who shot up a Jewish Community Center where young children were. He had a dream career. He retired because of an amazing job opportunity when he became 50, a year ago.

If you need him in anyway, shape, or form, I know he could help you somehow. Seriously. Not your typical agent. At one point, his actual job was to get Bin Laden. It's actually affected our family. Part of this I think is Post tramatic stess disorder for dealing with things in the Beaureu that he had to deal with. But regardless, it's real, this pain.

Michelle Moore posted on this Amanda Knox Facebook page that her husband had reviewed the case and wanted to help. An Innocentisti saw the post and told Bruce among others. Bruce then contacted them and Steve's articles on Injusticeinpergia came out of it. Bruce Fisher did not go out seeking a random retired FBI agent. Steve and Michelle Moore did not lie about how they became involved in the case. Perhaps you should apologize to the three of them.

By the way, a few pages back I think it was mentioned that Charlie still has Gigs of data relating to the case that hasn't been shared. Do we have a reason for this? Back in April/May the reason was bandwidth and PMF offered to host it. has anything moved on?

Are the guilters out of ammunition? Seems like they realize that Amanda's bit of LCN DNA is a ruse. Likewise for the LCN DNA that connects Raffaele to the case. Of course the fact that these samples of LCN DNA are ruses doesn't prevent them from Italian 'justice'. Italian 'justice' seems to be an automatic system of MAFIA incarceration which is also effective for the incarceration of witches, gypsies and heretics.

If at one time anyone was interested in the cartwheels in and of themselves, that time has long passed. The only significance of the cartwheels and the homework is that they show she wasn't that tired and they push the time of the beginning of the interrogation back.

My idea is that Amanda did the cartwheels to alleviate stress and light-headedness. When I was young, I used to touch the toes when I felt that blood was pooling in my lower extremities and I was becoming light-headed.

It is an easy question. At what time did the interview begin? At what time did it finish?

As has been repeatedly pointed out. Everyone knows about the "cartwheel" incident. Everybody has their own idea about it. That means that everybody should be able to ascertain that at sometime around midnight Knox was not being interviewed.

I may have my timings wrong, but I make it a two-hour interview. If I am wrong, by how much?

Government is an expected conspiracy. We expect the 'code of silence' between the police and others of the judiciary.

What hasn't been proven is collusion between Guede and Amanda or Raffaele.
