Heres another one.
Do you think the publicity will make it more or less likely for these barnpots to succeed? :D

heres my favourite bit
Having researched law for the past two years, David believes he is no longer a member of society and therefore no longer subject to its laws.

He has sent a letter to the Queen saying that he removed himself from society and will govern his own life and has subsequently declared himself a "Freeman on the Land".

He said: "Civil law is a legal rule of society which is given force of law by the consent of the governed.

"If you are no longer a member of that society, they can't enforce their rules on you."

hes got the catchphrases off to a tee.

Heres another, an apparent success, pity it would seem its a procedural error rather than a freeman argument that has prolonged the inevitable.

"His decision not to pay is based on thorough research indicating that councils have no legal right whatsoever to levy such a tax on its citizens. Believing this to be true, John would have therefore committed an offence by actually paying the tax, as the majority of us already have."
??

That smacks of bollocks-talk there. That implies that the author believes that someone who is the victim of, for example, an extortion is culpable, rather than the crook doing the extorting.

And as you say, this is not a Freeman thing at all, but someone cocking up the paperwork. John Hurst was quite right in all this, it has to be said, but all it's done is delay the inevitable.

Its linked to the theory that we are all guilty of treason by paying taxes, they also allude that we are guilty of war crimes as well for funding the overseas conflicts.

I cant remember the actual laws they quote and quite frankly I cant be arsed looking anymore.

So bollocks then.

Are they trying for a not guilty through diminished responsibilities result?

So bollocks then
In a nutshell, yes, but I was trying to be polite :)

Here's another Icke loon posting in regards to High Sheriffs
http://www.davidicke.com/forum/showthread.php?t=140640
Have a dig for the sheriffs act - it says in there that it is the sheriffs duty to settle ALL debts in relation to the crown

They are still very prominent in Scotland - but remain largely under the radar in England

I believe the are worth finding - they are in my opinion the head honchos

Does it ever occur to these freeloaders to settle their own debts?

I suspect that if they added up the manhours spent studying, talking and thinking about the freeman thing along with the court and jail time they'd be way ahead working to get the money for their debts.

But then you don't get a band 'o bros backslapping you as the police haul you off.

good, if they go the whole hog they are going to get themselves put away.

We should encourage them in their FMOTL efforts.

I have always said that the mainstream media and spreading of the freeman movement would be its undoing.
Thats why the snakeoil salesmen dont really want it to go any further than net forums, they make money from imbiciles that way.

I may sign up to the vnn forum as Rob Menard and offer my support :D
See how many of them I can get locked up.

I'd be careful if I were you.

The VNN UK forum has the reputation of being the talking shop for the most unsavoury British followers of the far right. This is no mean feat bearing in mind the kind of vermin who post on forums such as Stormfront.

You'll note in the thread someone called 'Joe Owens' is dismissive of FMOTL - he should know as he's spent a fair amount of time in consultation with his legal advisors. He used to be a notorious merseyside hitman with several notches on his 9 millimeter.

Its not me that needs to be careful, its my "legal fiction" Rob Menard, that best watch out ;)

If Joe comes a knocking then Rob Menard can simply refuse to contract with the "contract", after all he is protected by the "common law" isnt he?

Notice what the judge says in the order:

The Respondent refused to participate in the proceedings. He refused to identify himself on the record. He stated that he is a living PERSON (emphasis mine) with flowing blood.

None of that is true. I DID participate. I identified myself SEVERAL TIMES and NEVER stated that I am a PERSON with flowing blood." LIES! ALL LIES, DAMMIT!!

Thoughts? What should me my next course of action to pursue remedy?

I would love to be able to suggest legal action through the courts, but Im banned :D
