Nah, I'll let him tell the story. All I can say that even though James was incredibly accommodating, there were some who kept pestering him, and Chris was an excellent mediator.

You can say that again! I honestly don't think I would have had the patience to talk to that many people over such a long period of time. Yet, Randi remained polite and so good natured even up to the last minutes of TAM. Great guy, glad to have had the chance to meet him.
