Why on earth would he waste his time doing that?Rudy could have staged a break-in.

Because there weren't any. Had there been, the defense would have mentioned it.I am not sure why Massei says there are no traces on the wall.
.
This case is about a victim, Meredith Kercher, who was brutally murdered, and the three persons who have been convicted of killing her.
Instead of scrutinising some of the investigations' initial scenarios or theories, I would have thought that most people would be interested in scrutinising the actual evidence which has convicted Knox, Guede and Sollecito.
You could have replaced Mignini at any point in the trial, and still have gotten the same result, with the same people convicted, with the same reasoning presented in the Massei report.
And how on earth does he stand on "the top part of the grating" without touching the wall, jump? Or perhaps fly?
That was a really idiotic statement.

No, the only person responsible for all of that is Amanda herself.Mignini will never be out of the picture, because that fat-faced wino pervert is almost wholly responsible for Amanda's wrongful arrest, imprisonment, conviction and the tragic loss of years of her life.

Isn't he involved in the appeal?
At any rate in my opinion this story is mostly about him. He's the one that developed the ridiculous theory and sold it to some, thus any discussion of what happened in this case is likely to end up scrutinizing him.
.the case of Meredith Kercher ended when Rudy Guede was convicted.
.The case we have been discussing is about whether Amanda and Raffaele are being persecuted, based on something other than their participation in the crime.
.The investigation's initial scenarios and theories are the "evidence" that convicted them.
.If Mignini had been replaced on November 4th, there would have been no trial.
And what does he hold onto while stepping from the ledge to the top of the grating? A passing bird?Haul himself up and put his knee directly on the window ledge. What do you think he's supposed to be doing with the wall? Why does he need to touch the wall?

And where do you get off referring to Mignini as a 'wino pervert'? Do you have ANY evidence to support that claim? I thought not.
Ahh, so there's evidence he touched the lower part of the wall?I meant the wall in between the top part of the lower grating and the upper window by which Rudy gained entry.
Unfortunately, there are many examples of mindless murder in this wild, weird world we live in, including many cases between persons who barely know each other. Mignini didn't have to invent anything. For this simple interrupted break-in turned tragedy to become a bizarre conspiracy between three people who barely knew each other to murder a girl for absolutely no or ridiculous reasons you needed the mind and talents of Mignini.
To divert attention from themselves, i.e. to make it look like an outsider had entered the house. Why would Amanda and Raffaele?
And what does he hold onto while stepping from the ledge to the top of the grating? A passing bird?
.
Now let me get this straight. There are some posters here who referred to Mignini's supposed "satanic" scenario. Yet that scenario was not part of the trial. Is "satan" mentioned in the Massei report?
I think he probably climbed onto the concrete planter, grabbed the edge of the roof, and swung across to the window ledge, in which case he would be crouching rather than pulling himself up.
