Bwhahahaha -- printing as we speak -- thousands of counterfeits ....

Oh, wait -- blank on the back side.

Ummmmm, what does the back look like, again < bats innocent eyes >? I forgetted < / babydoll voice >

Actually kind of fitting: DOC is blank on the back side, too.....
.

but if you print it with a blank backside, that's quite an emberassment isn't it?
Doesn't that prove the bill is real?

...Today we have not one scrap of evidence that the gospel writers were telling the truth...
Then we've all just witnessed a miracle. We've made a 409 page thread and 16,300 posts appear from nothing.

No, it's quite possible for a massive thread to appear without any evidence to be contained within, especially when the person chiefly responsible for producing evidence keeps talking about the size of the thread.

How many people have you managed to convince in 409 pages? What does that show about your ability to persuade?

How does this theory relate to all the other threads thet you've read here, DOC?

For instance, is the 421-page Continuation-squared: The Three Word Story thread a more impressive miracle than this one?

When I first saw the message on my e-mail notification, I thought it was an appropriately sarcastic response from Akhenaten or Joobz. Sadly, I see it's just DOC being serious.

DOC, There are lots of things in this post that do not constitute evidence. Out of the thousands of posts. What do you think is the best evidence you have provided?

I don't recall seeing any evidence for the resurrection. Did you provide any?

Similarly the Crucifixion. Did you have any evidence for that?

It's all about your perspective, isn't it? I only see 328 pages, because I have 50 posts to a page. The signal to noise ratio is barely higher than the word association thread, and that's no thanks to you.

You should take a look at a dictionary for the words "quantity" and "quality". I'm sure you will then notice that they have completely different meanings.

One could ignore each and every post made by you in this thread, and still there would be absolutely zero difference in the amount of evidence for the truthfulness of the NT given in this thread.

Funny that, isn't it? And guess why that is so...

Greetings,

Chris

So DOC of those 16,300 posts, how many are yours?
According to the information received when you click on the # of replies figure, it says I have made 2,205 posts in this thread.

All people have is theories, and the majority of bible scholars, the majority of which are Christians put the writing of all but one gospels after 70AD.

What is your source that the majority of bible scholars are Chriistian?

That is a very interesting question.

One could assume that christians would be more likely to be interested in the bible in the first place. Also, theology is a required study for priests here in Denmark and likely elsewhere too.

But on the gripping hand, how many people can stay christian after having studied the bible carefully?
