How about we just drop the death and call it a panel (probably liberals) Do you think mr. common sense that might be how it will go

Take a guess on who is going to decide for you.

Instead of a panel lets just say it will be some government bureaucrat deciding on your life.

1. it is unethical to treat family unless a medical emergency.
2. how much higher are our taxes, and what figures do you base this on?
3. No one, i hope, is denied Emergency care in the usa. Lots of people are turned away at the gp office for check ups and many other things if they do not have insurance or cash to pay for it.
4. I have disability insurance, which i could use to suppliment while i was ill, but it does not pay nearly as much as i make. I havr rrsp savings, which have tanked the last few years thanks to george w and the 2008 fiasco.

Do you have any idea what the average health insurance policy for a family costs per year? In 2009 it was $13375.

If you're lucky you may have an employer who picks up a large portion of that. But not everyone is so lucky.

I would'nt allow ethics to keep me from treating my brother and sister

He even crashed your rrsp savings

Why didn't stop him from having that control over you.

4068 per year

And it would be less than that if the gov would let me
Buy over state lines
make it tax deductable
tort reform (limit settlements to certain amounts)
stop forcing insurance companies to insure certain conditions(allow people to customize ther plans)

No. Death panels are just a canard made up by those opposed to healthcare reform.

But you obviously think there's going to be death panels. So once again, what evidence do you have that they will exist and who exactly is going to be on them?

Where did I say I expect someone to pay me?

You may not need my evidence, but I certainly need yours.

Sound like you have a good deal.
What does that cover? Deductibles, co-pays, etc.
Is that what you pay or what the total cost of the insurance is.

1. It doesn't, because fortunately my siblings, and all of my family, receive health care like i do courtesy of our universal health care system.

2. The 2008 Wall Street Fiasco was responsible for RRSP's world wide to falter.

3. Blame my accountants I guess.

Well I dunno about your system down there, but the only ones who decide on what surgery you get and when are the doctors performing it...End of story.
